If I could give zero stars I would. Dried blood on our sheets. No one ever at the office or answers the phone. Took kids table away because kids were out at 9 pm. Quiet hours are 11pm. The male owner was extremely rude. Intimidated us so badly, we left a night early without even asking for a refund. Will never stay here again.

Dishonest and rude management. We were told that if we didn’t like the policy of them NEVER coming to clean the room or change sheets because of Co-VID which happened 18 months ago that we can leave 2 days early and we would be refunded. Owner, Tom and manager or co-owner, Jodi are as nasty, rude, and fake as they come. She yelled at my 82 year old grandmother in front of all the guests and made her cry and on top of that it took them a month to give me the refund and rather than refund 2 days as they promised they only refunded 1. I tried calling them numerous times with different phone numbers

My family and I just got back from what was going to be a 3 night stay at Pyramid Motel. We ended up staying 6 nights cause it was so perfect! The family that owns it is great and makes you feel like family! The rooms and the Motel In general was super clean and updated! They have a Perfect sized salt water pool w a water slide, bbqs and washer and dryer which was so convenient! Everyone there was super friendly! The beach is on the same block we went daily! This will now be our new yearly family get away spot! Thank you for making our stay great ESP being that we r super cautious w covid!

This is a fantastic NJ beach hotel. No, it is not the Plaza Hotel in NYC, but the Plaza doesn't have a beach like this!!! The Pyramid is clean and well maintained. The rooms are very nice with everything you need, microwave, fridge, towels, TV, etc. The TV programming is great!!! The pool and facilities are clean, everything works and all well maintained. The location is fabulous, steps from a beautiful beach and close to restaurants and boardwalk. I just can't think of anything that wasn't pleasant and enjoyable. However, the nicest part of the Pyramid experience is the owners, Tommy and Michelle

The other reviews are accurate: this hotel provides a 5 star experience because the owners live on site and pay attention to every detail. Very family friendly and quiet after 11 pm. Very clean, close to the beach, plenty of towels, large fridge and freezer. I had to laugh about the parking lot comment because it is true: you have to be size 0 to get out of your car after parking! Well done Tom and Michelle!

Just got back from a 3 day stay at Pyramid Motel. This was our 3rd time there and again we had a great time. Tom and Michele ( owners )are very attentive if you need anything. Also seems like they installed a professional enclosed kids slide. Can’t wait to come back with kids and let them use it. Highly recommended.

My husband is a commercial fisherman. He oftens docks in Cape May. I drove up this past weekend to see him. We stayed at the pyramid resort. The lady that owns the place was such a gem. Just down to earth and sweet as could be. She recommended a few places for us to eat and it was spot on. The room was very clean and the air worked great. Thank you for such a lovely stay. We will definitely be coming back.
