Being a part of our practice for the past 30+ years has given me the opportunity to be involved in both clinical and administrative positions. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of each smile. Currently, as an office manager, I enjoy getting to know our patients and their families. I have two daughters, who I thank for keeping my husband Bob and I young.
In my spare time, I enjoy spoiling my grandchildren and spending time with my family and friends. In 2007, I joined the L & M team as an orthodontic assistant and also serve as the IT coordinator. When I was a child lupesello did a great job on my braces and retainer. I went back after my wisdom teeth came in and my teeth shifted and they gave me Invisaline. I wanted my teeth to stop hurting but he said my jaw should be pushed back to straighten my teeth again. I didn't want that. They did it anyway and told me to let them know if I had problem. I told them everyone my bit felt wrong. Then I broke my tooth closing my mouth. he said I should have told him. The entire staff is very knowledgeable about orthodontics and easily answer all questions. Their state-of-the art equipment assures the latest in tools in this work. My child has been receiving treatment at this office for braces and while the treatment seems to be going fine, it is nearly impossible to schedule appointments. Given their patient base is probably 80% school-aged children, they should have more convenient office hours. They have no Saturdays, admin hours on Friday so no appointments that day either, limited morning hours only on Wednesday, and are open only 9-5 M, T, Th. Kids have school and most parents don't like taking their kids out of school for appointments so they should be more accommodating given their patient population. I have

The office etiquette here could be much better considering how much one spends. My first visit I asked I asked not to be seated in the sea of chairs as I'm an adult and don't feel comfortable with someone checking my teeth right on top of others. The woman at the front desk told me no and this was standard practice. It took me asking the orthodontist to then be put in an only semi private room. Still uncomfortable. My next visit I waited at the front desk 10 minutes after arriving. They even saw me from the room behind the front desk but just closed the door and ignored the fact I was

They do not communicate with parents. After initial consultation you will not see the orthodontist again! They take xrays and do not tell parents or share with your dentist. It is like a mill. They frequently have to put people back in braces for another $5000! They dont want to use lingual bars and as a result teeth move but they do not care because more money for them!

I was in town for business and had a day off. I had been meaning to get a spare retainer in case I lost the only one I have. So I stopped in, they took the impression at 1000, and I had my retainer by 5 that afternoon. I loved the lack of PROCESS you usually have to deal with at a medical office. Simple, easy, professional, and inexpensive. Just what I was looking for!

I moved to the area and one of the first things I researched were orthodontists. A local friends dentist recommended Drs. Luposello and Marzban. The staff and the doctors have been wonderful, knowledgable and easy to work with. Working full time and needing afternoon appointments hasn't been a problem, I've gotten an appointment everytime I have needed one. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is because of the parking situation in front of the office. It is a small and complicated lot to begin with, but the other businesses have signs that say only parking for _____.

I'm really surprised I'm the first review on Dr. Marzban's office. But a week ago I took my 6 yrs old son there for our first visit and it's in a shopping center that's right off the main street and 5 mins away from 495. The staff was professional and the office is very family oriented. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles. That's one thing I always notice in business.
