I have a membership with ClassPass and decided to use my credit here to get the Mani Pedi combo. Demi was the person who helped with my service. The place is clean and each chair have dividers for Covid distancing. Demi was very sweet and thorough with my hands and feet. She pays attention to details and make sure I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! You won't be disappointed!

Love these ladies who always aim to please my 84 yr old husband and myself, 72. Very Covir-19 compliant, which is very important to us. Excellent pedicure and manicures in a relaxed setting with spa music. Definately not a smelly, noisy nail spot. Plenty of social distance. Been going to this business for 7 years. Alameda 's top nail salon. Highly recommended!

They don’t know how to do designs but want to charge different prices every time . I was charged $63 dollars for a BASIC GEL PEDICURE…
No scents , no stones , nothing special just gel polish pedi . People charge for pedi and mani that price as a total. I will not be back. It’s not worth the money. Looked up a shop in EC and they only want $40 for gel and they charging me $63 . Never again. Then you’re sitting w your feet scrunched up in the chair for them to do your toes .

I went in last week for a gel manicure and she manicurist was able to see my right away. She did a great job on my nails and checked if I liked the color (I always appreciate that!).
The only thing is that my nail polish chipped the same week and I spent roughly $60 (including tip) for a mani. Despite the effort, it was too expensive for the service.

Jadyn Taylor is by far the best nail salon I've experienced. I was recommended to it by a friend 5 years ago and have been a faithful client since then. It is the only nail salon I will consider going to. There are a variety of colors and the atmosphere is very relaxing. What I love the most about Jadyn Taylor is the quality s customer service. The owner is one of the kindest people I know who goes above and beyond to take care of her customers.

These people just can't stop impressing me. Vicki's massage took all my stress away and I left Jadyn Taylor as usual feeling like a princess. It's so relaxing and quiet here that you can close your eyes and drift away. Lovely staff, everyone is really nice and the place is always super clean. As a license holder In the trade I strongly recommend them.

I found Jadyn Taylor on here and contacted them through an online form on their website. I put in my desired date and time and Demi replied to my email within a few hours! She said she'll see me at my desired time which was the day after I contacted them.
This cute, little nail salon is a walk around the corner from my job so that was a plus. When I got there, there was NO ONE but Demi. It is by appointment only so make sure you book before people start finding out

My friends and I have been going to Jaydn Taylor for years but the time has come to move on. After proving horrible and slow service we’ve decided to go elsewhere. I think the straw that broke the camels back is when we tried to hold them accountable for their less than stellar work they failed to acknowledge the issue. Done.

First time in yesterday for a gel pedicure. Location is convenient and the decor is lovely. Everyone is very nice. Services rendered are at the upper end of the price scale for what I would say is fairly average service.
Had an issue with the polish job on one nail (she left a large unpainted gap ahead of the cuticle) that I noticed after leaving. Came back today and another girl happily touched it up without any fuss.
All in all, a pretty good spot, however, not the best value.

I came here for the first time and had a really lovely experience. As other reviews state, the shop is very nice and quiet, it was a call environment that I enjoyed. Demi and Crissy both worked on me and they were really sweet and lovely to speak with.
I got a regular pedicure and and dip/gel manicure and I'm happy with how everything came out. They listened to me and delivered exactly what I asked for. I would come back!

This salon def went downhill. I received prob the absolute worst pedicure of my life. The woman who serviced my pedicure was super sweet, however, she did a horrible job. She did not ask if I wanted to cut my nails short or how short, and she just snipped at it. It is so SO short. Don't even get me started on the paint job. She left a HUGE gap as the paint is so far away from the cuticle that it looks like the pedicure is a few weeks old. The top coat was also sloppily painted on. On my way out the noticed that I was not happy and tried to fix my nails, however, that didn't really make

I tried to give this place another shot. The ladies who work here are nice but the owners is a rip off. The prices were changed and not placed on the print out. The ladies were able to see them on the computer but not available to the customers. $57 for a gel pedicure and unlike other nail salons the will always charge you to remove the previous polish from your nails both hands and feet.
Save you the trouble and go up the street to Tulip Nails. They are do great service. Go to Tulip early if you can morning are afternoon the evenings seem to be packed. They provide great service, there prices

Went for mani pedi ...water was barely warm. They put too many coats of polish on before drying so there is no way it won't smudge from the slightest whisp even after hours of drying. My friend and I both have to redo our polish and we got it done 3 hours ago . Instead of waking from one side of the chair to the other to do each hand she made me stretch over awkwardly and was clearly annoyed and finished and said thank you and walked away. She was friendly overall but also the polish had bubbles in it. It was $40 for a mani pedi and I gave a $10 tip prior to the work so I didn't need

UPDATING INITIAL REVIEW- my dip nails started peeling off after 5 days- my last set of dip, done by Corner Nail Bar In Oakland lasted over 5 weeks! I went back to get them re done. Please look at updated photos for the product 6 days after. HORRIBLE! Although they didn't charge me when I came back, I still had to take 2.5 hours out of my day for them to do THE EXACT SAME THING THEY DID THE FIRST TIME. I won't be back and highly suggest the nail bar I spoke of (they weren't open on Sunday. This is apparently what I get for not waiting.)

I used to love this place but over time the quality has noticeably decreased. The most recent one was the most awkward gel mani/pedi I ever had. Somehow the gel mani didn't solidify in between UV heats (or whatever that is) so it began to peel and they KEPT trying to paint over it. Finally someone else took over and fixed it. I was shocked. I actually thought I already reviewed the experience but I guess I didn't. I was so turned off from the experience I haven't gotten a professional nail job since.
Also, I feel like when you're on your phone they skimp on the service

Place is clean and nice BUT no talking in cellphones allowed. The lady who helped me did not do a very good job. She painted my nails in a very crooked way. Even my toes were not painted well and she was already using a brighter lamp to help her focus and paint straight . Even my hunnie noticed it. I will never come back here again.
Parking around this place is horrible as well. I would rather go to Park street m where I get a much better service and my nails painted professionally.

Just to be clear, this place absolutely sucks at nail designs! I spent 2+ hours and $75 and they had to keep redoing the nail designs until we finally gave up and I walked out with no designs.
The ladies in there were nice (though their english was bad). I blame the owner who doesn't give them the tools or training to do nail designs. This is a requirement if you want to have a classy salon with repeat customers. Why would I waste so much time & money on plain nails that I could have done myself?!

I have been coming here for well over a year, and I love it. Everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The spa takes time with each customer, which I appreciate vs. some nail salons which are all about getting customers in & out as fast as possible. Definitely call to book an appt as they fill up fast.
