Battlefield Park Apartments

TLC decided to no longer offer cable for their residents. Poor management decision, especially as we’re 3/4 a way through our lease.

I LOVED my experience living at Battlefield! In the year I was there, the staff were friendly and helpful, the neighbors were great, maintenance requests were solved quickly, and it was generally really quiet from inside the apartment. I only left because I moved out of state, but I couldn’t recommend it more!

I was scheduled to move in to this property and unfortunately had to deal with some severe family issues in another state right before my move in date. the wonderful staff here made it an super easy process to help me turn over the apartment to another eager tenant. Jade is awesome. very very nice! i’m sure i would’ve loved my apartment. now someone else will for sure. thank you again guys for the wonderful help.

I just want to say "Thank You" to Olivia, Josh, and Luke at Battlefield Park Apartments for making my move in experience the best. They left no stone unturned and made sure I understood all details related to the apartment I was renting. Best experience I've had while trying to find an apartment. "GREAT STAFF"

Great location, great neighbors, terrible staff. New management is an absolute mess. Takes ages to get maintenance done if it ever gets done and they can't seem to manage their paperwork or yours. Cheap quality for modest money. Previous management was a breeze to work with and maintenance was taken seriously and addressed quickly. If you want to live in Springfield, don't. Even if the place you find is perfect, City Utilities is waiting to punish even the gentlest soul by finding every way it can to inconvenience you and your wallet.

I absolutely loved my time at Battlefield Park Apartments. It was in a great location (near three grocery stores), it had suitable amenities and the property management always returned emails and phone calls within a day or two. This was my first apartment out of college, and the property owner, Chris Gatlin, was always so helpful. For a brief few months, I wasn't sure what my next move was, and Chris was so helpful because he provided varied options that worked in my favor. Ultimately, I was ready for a modern, more updated unit which led me to another TLC property, but I highly recommend Battlefield

I’ve lived at this complex for 5 months now, and anytime I call the office they are very prompt about answering, and really helpful. I had some problems with bugs the other day, and they communicated with pest control and were helpful about it. The office is also very professional and communicative about complex changes through email, which is really nice due to all the restrictions from Covid. Exceptional job, guys! Thanks for making me feel heard. 🙂

I have been living here for 2 years and i love it, but the only thing i do NOT like is i can´t bounce on my bed! and i love going swimming

I honestly love it here and happy to have made this my first home with my fiance. The office staff have been MORE than understanding with any issue or question we've ever had, they return our emails within 24 hours, and maintenance works incredibly fast. A very positive community, we adore our neighbors, and we love that our dog is treated so well by the staff and her little doggy friends. I can't say enough about how great and friendly the staff is.
