Outstanding and friendly staff, very fast and professional for fingerprinting. I appreciated how they left mask wearing up to the customer and supported personal decision making. They did ask unvaccinated to please wear masks, but they were considerate of all views across the board. I like this place.

Zero stars For this business, they refuse to serve veterans. I went in to do an I-9 verification and the lady pretended like she didn't know how to work the machine, her coworker said she was the expert, and she refused to process my I-9. When I confronted her, she says she doesn't have good experience with veterans and so refused to help me. This business should be closed down.

The Owner Ryan Martin is a real sketchy dude. Calls up competitors just to get their pricing, and wasting their time on the phone. Then leaves negative reviews as if he is a customer meanwhile he's just a snooping competitor. Ask for pricing no problem. But, to harass your competitors constantly just to trash their name is uncalled for. There is enough business out there. I wonder what other sketchy things this guy is doing at his own place.

I get ALL of my packages rerouted to the Mail Center. Ive not once had a bad experience there. Ive even shipped packages and the ladies who both work there provide beyond exceptional customer service. They make me feel welcomed each time and never had any issues w packages. Overall I would highly recommend this place for shipping and receiving mail.

Huge shout out to the team at The Mail Center! They have been amazing. They have easy package drop off, quick checkout for mailing certified packages/mail, convenient shipping supplies (they even did me a favor with getting some crinkle paper for packing some boxes for my business), and secure paper shredding! You know you're getting old when you really appreciate and leave a review for a mail center! I've used this mail center more than a dozen times to ship out packages, send returns off to Amazon, etc. Most of my packages have a prepaid label so I just drop the package off and I'm in and out in a minute. The few times I've needed to personally ship something to a friend or family member, the staff has been so helpful and kind enough to explain and show me the different options for shipping (delivery timeframe, cost etc). Totally beats having to go to the actual post office or UPS

I had originally been exposed to The Mail Center when I had a UPS package to pick up there. I recently had a large package to ship and needed a specific size box. I decided to return to there for that reason. I am VERY glad that I did. Both owners were super helpful in many aspects - helping me find just the right size box, exploring shipping options and being very patient with me throughout the process which I greatly appreciated. Great sense of humor, too! I will DEFINITELY be using them for my future shipping needs.

These people were so wonderful and helpful! My sister and I needed a notary ASAP and we found them here on Yelp! We walked in and were greeted right away and served immediately. They have an adorable and friendly dog greeting you too! Regular customers were coming in and out and greeted by name; I always appreciate that. We were in and out in less than ten minutes which was super helpful since we had a 4 year old and a one year old with us too. :-) We highly recommend this mail center and we will be back!

No customer service. I went in the shop and the madam manager there asked we what I wanted, kind of without care. I explained I wanted a document notarized, and naturally asked the cost. She proceeded to do data entry she had been doing. Without turning or raising a head she asked her assistant to help me. The assistant too without turning or taking eyes off a computer monitor told me to wait (that she was busy). The most remarkable thing is that from the moment I entered the shop and while I was talking with the madam boss her eyes had never left me and her ears were glued to every word. Like

I shipped over a dozen presents last week to my kids and grandkids all over the country and the mail center employees were awesome! They packed them up and found me the best rates for my packages. Some went FedEx others went UPS and they had Post Office options too (but I don't trust the Post Office). I love that they can offer shipping through everybody- never going back to a UPS store or the post office again

I have been using the mail center for years. I have two mailboxes there for businesses I own. I send packages and faxes and get documents notarized at the Mail Center. Lisa is very friendly and takes very good care of us. She even calls me when she knows an important package has arrived. She helps with packing the items I ship and tells me how to save money when shipping. It is great to have a place that offers so many services and makes my life easier. I highly recommend the Mail Center for personal and small business mail and shipping services.
