Absolutely amazing customer service! Helped walk through the whole CBI finger print needs, was patient, kind, funny.
The store itself has cute cards and shipping needs. They do everything for shipping and use all shippers. They also do notaries on site!

I'm relatively new to Colorado and needed to get fingerprints taken for FBI and CBI submission. I called Maggie's to schedule an appointment. She explained in detail as she guided me through the scheduling and payment processes. When I got to her shop, she was extra nice and super efficient. Maggie is extra special and one of the nicest people I've encountered since moving to Colorado Springs. When I called her again, to ask what is likely a stupid follow up question, once again, she had the answers and confirmed what I needed to do next. I recommend anyone who needs fingerprints
