FedEx package was dropped off at Andersen Friday, March 12 as overnight delivery. Told there may be a delay due to snow storms so anticipated it might not go out until Monday the following week. Package never arrived at destination. After several attempts on our end to figure out the status, Andersen called on March 23 to say, 'we found your envelope, what do you want us to do with it?' Obviously we wanted it sent. Arrived at destination on March 24. Will be charged for overnight services by FedEx even though Andersen temporarily lost the package and did not ship for 11 days. No apologies. Defensive

Have had great experiences at Anderson Pack and Ship while printing fliers and other materials for advertising. Would highly recommend over other print shops In Woodland Park.

Customer service is okay, but the shipping pricing has gone up exponentially! The pricing online from shipper was under half what in store cost.
Pricing for boxes and supplies is still reasonable though.

Great friendly staff here. They are always accommodating and are super fast when I drop off packages for FedEx and USPS. Always go here when I need to drop FedEx since they closed thier location a few months back. Apparently masks aren't required here either!

My absolute favorite place to take care of all my small business printing needs: copies, trifolds, laminations, cutting/collating, direct mailings, postcards, handouts for my physical therapy patients and students for the workshops I teach. I simply email what I need over and the staff lets me know when my order is ready, it’s accurate, they greet me with a smile by name when I walk in the door, say thank you, and are always friendly and organized. Amazing! No fault of their own, machines couldn't print. As soon as she could, the manager found the event I was attending 45 minutes away, with my needed handouts and the project was complete! That's above and beyond what I expected!
