To make sure there are no delays in care during your first visit experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure your registration is complete before meeting with your new provider. In an effort to respect the time of all of patients, our staff strives to stay on schedule so that other patients do not have to wait.

The doctors and the staff are outstanding! They make you feel like you are their only patient of the day. They take time with you to be very clear and precise in discussions and recommendations. I definitely would not recommend coming here for any reason! For my first visit (which they scheduled with a nurse practitioner instead of a doctor I had no idea) I waited almost 2 hours which there was another patient there that was waiting for two hours as well and he had to end up rescheduling his appointment because they were taking so long. I scheduled my appointment for a physical exam back in November and I had a whole list of things that I went over with the doctor and a lot of them she just blew off and told me that it was nothing to worry about etc. I told her that in the past I’ve

I always have the best office experiences ever!! This Primecare Medical Center actually cares about their patients and they prove that by taking their time to properly treat you by asking many questions and listening to my concrens and preforming a thorough examination. You’ll walk out of there with a satisfied feeling that you received the best medical care and advice. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are the very best! I have never seen such a horrible clinic like this. When I visit the clinic first time, I saw the doctor after one an a half hour waiting even though I had an appointment. I was told to come on Monday(next week) to get the test results and medical report. When I show up on Monday, I was told that doctor left early and I need to come on Friday again.

I have been going to this clinic for years. I like the doctor because he is knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to address all my concerns. I assume that is the reason for the lengthy wait because he probably does that to all the patients. But the wait time has gotten better with the addition of other providers in the clinic.
