First off, we are an RV Park and not a mobile home park! We do NOT rent or accept mobile homes! We can accommodate RV's and trailers up to 45'. We have large shade trees in the front center of the park which is nice during the summer months. However, just know that the park assumes no liability if a branch were to fall out of one of the trees and does damage to individuals or property.
Basically, park there at your own risk! By the way, we are pet friendly! Dogs need to be on leashes at all times when outside the RV. Dogs are to be walked in designated area around the outer perimeter of the park and please clean up after them so others won't step in the mess. We have a community center located in the middle of the park for our guests to enjoy satellite television.

This park is not a fancy place with amenities, but it did provide us with a safe place to stay for a week and a half and the price is reasonable. People are friendly there. They do have laundry available for $1 a load! There is also a shower. With full hookups few people use the shower or laundry it seems. The park is near a highway. There is no shade. You can see Mt Lemmon from the park but otherwise there is no scenery. There are restaurants, hardware store in walking distance.

This place is more like trailer park than RV campground with many long term residents set up. We followed directions on the website for after hours to find an empty site and park there so we got all settled in. When making reservations no spots were assigned. We checked in once we could find someone in the office and we're told we had to move. There weren't any easy options for our large RV (we mentioned size during reservation phone call) but we made it work. Staff wasn't to be found again so we went out exploring and came back and got chastised for not turning in our paperwork

I'm disabled needed to use shower just to clean up since I traveled here for mri,
Offered to pay full lot price just for shower,
They wouldn't even let me do that,
100% denied service

Their website says they're said to be the friendliest RV park in Arizona and I'd have to agree. We set my wife's parents up here kind of last minute, which in January in Tucson is tough for an "RVer". The ladies that run this place are absolutely amazing and came through for us! They have been very friendly, worked with us on a good spot, and the park is a nice park. They're missing a few of the amenities that other, larger, parks might have such as TV/cable, but they've got great rates and have some pretty decent amenities and events out of their small clubhouse
