Put simply, our mission at Left Coast CrossFit is to build a healthy community. CrossFit is our vehicle to do this. Without the community and shared experience of suffering together, CrossFit would just be a great strength and conditioning program. The power lies in the community and the upward pull we experience when we see our fellow CrossFitter inspire us by their effort.

A legendary CrossFitter named Chris Spealler said it best, "people love CrossFit because they see heart and soul on display." Our mission as a gym and as coaches is to display this character, coach our athletes to this point, and build lasting relationships as it happens. We will teach you how to move safely and progress as an athlete in an appropriate manner.
Services
Our Crossfit Foundations program is the natural starting point for anyone brand new to CrossFit. It consists of 4 private training sessions designed to introduce you to the foundational movements and lifts we utilize in Crossfit training with a strong focus on proper form, mechanics and scaling options.
At Left Coast CrossFit we are passionate about PEOPLE, about COMMUNITY, and about helping our members SUCCEED in ways they never thought possible. We are not your typical gym-and in a word, we are FAMILY. Every member is given the tools to succeed through proper training, diet planning, accountability and skill development in a small group class setting.
Our class experience is 'Community Driven' and you will train in a supportive environment. Learning in a group setting allows you to get personal attention and coaching at a fraction of the cost of personal training. Every CrossFit class is led by a certified CrossFit instructor and is an hour in length.
CrossFit Foundations is a specific training program we have designed to safely and effectively introduce new members to CrossFit - it's movements, methodology, workouts, and overall training philosophy. In a personalized and comfortable 1-on-1 setting you will meet with one of our expert coaches for 4 1-hour long sessions.
Our Crossfit Kids is a program is designed to teach Crossfit training methods to children ages 5-12. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, Crossfit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.

Dropped in from out of town to complete my Olympic weightlifting training, and these folks were so hospitable! Not only did they have everything I needed (kilo bumpers, weightlifting bars, platforms, etc.), they were also happy to share it all with me. I’ll definitely be coming back to train here when I return to southern Orange County.

This is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve dropped in to. The facilities are amazing! The place is huge, clean, organized, and has all the equipment you’d ever need. And on top of that the coaching was great, Josh knows his stuff and knows how to explain things in a simple way. The members were very welcoming, I will definitely be going back if I am in town.

Recently dropped in from the East Coast and Left Coast CF was a great intro to Laguna. The space is massive and well organized, the coaches are friendly and helpful, and the members were incredibly inviting. Here for a long weekend but I might just cancel my return flight and become a member here. Great workout, great space, great people. Why wouldn’t you come in here for a workout? Will definitely be back

Left Coast is great! They have coaches who are engaged and care about making sure you have good form and do things correctly. The equipment is always working and they have a lot of it. The people are awesome! Great community!

I had an amazing time dropping in for the week at Left Coast CrossFit! The facility is fantastic, every coach is so helpful and encouraging. Their community is so strong and motivating. I not only had fun working out but was able to learn new things to help myself get stronger. Thank you ALL for your support and encouragement. You guys are the best!! I’ll definitely be dropping in another time!

I love coming to Left Coast CrossFit. The coaches are great, so positive and encouraging, especially for someone like me... on the (much) older end of the spectrum. I feel safe in my workouts, knowing I am being coached with great attention to proper form, rather than being pushed to heavier weights. It's a great community of athletes, everyone is so positive and encouraging to each other.

Left coast weightlifting was so much fun. Ryan was a great teacher I came in knowing nothing and left very confident in my lifting ability. Highly recommend going here and highly recommend Ryan as a trainer!

I dropped in to train with the Left Coast Barbell Olympic weightlifting team. Such a welcoming and nice group of athletes. It’s great to see a dedicated weightlifting program at such a high caliber CrossFit gym. Ryan, the head coach, is really knowledgeable and encouraging too. He is willing to give queues to even drop ins if they ask for it. The gym overall is one of the nicest I’ve been to. Huge space, plenty of equipment, and a really sleek barbell area for weightlifters. I’ll be coming here whenever I’m back in the area.

Dropped in with a small group and everyone was very, very friendly. The gym is super organized and clean and the coaches did a great job of explaining movements. I have been doing CrossFit for 5 years and got some good tips from their coaches that I have never been told. I would highly recommend dropping in to the gym.
