Services
Join Steve & Cyndi Cousins, and Bruce & Susan Cousins and our small, extremely talented team who are making the finest wines in our storied history. We source the finest grapes from some of the most coveted vineyards and dedicated growers. Our small lot vineyard designated wines include Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Gap's Crown Vineyard (Petaluma Gap AVA).
Located minutes from the Healdsburg plaza in the hills just west of Westside Road, our winery tasting room is a geodesic dome with a large viewing window to the south, encompassing a panoramic view of the Russian River appellation and the Mayacama mountain range beyond. The three winery buildings, all "Bucky Domes, " are surrounded by eight acres of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Carginane and Alicante, the source of our Estate Field Blend, Il Campo.
Whether visiting us at the winery with the expansive views from the deck, or at our tasting room in the beach village of Capitola, you'll experience delicious wines and family-like hospitality. We hope to see you soon! Cruise along two scenic French rivers on a palate-pleasing adventure with distinctive wine tastings, impressive architecture and traces of Van Gogh.
You may ask what's that dome thing on our label. That is a geodesic "Bucky Dome, " originally designed and popularized by R. Buckminster Fuller, an American architect who spent his life working across many fields such as design, geometry, engineering, science and education, in pursuit of making the world work for all of humanity.

Had the worst service, the wine was OK but took forever to be brought to us. Oh and they are doing a ton of construction on the property so get ready to see diggers and dust everywhere. Construction ruins the nice views.also my friend left with terrible bug bites.

What a fun place..Yes there is some construction going on but that did nothing to distract from the beautiful day. Lucas was our host. Very attentive and helpful in our tasting.
Go!! You will not be disappointed

Armida has a nice property, thus the 2nd star. We were greeted ok with a decent white blend and shown to our table. Our server was nice but trying to manage a difficult table and neglected us.
We got our 2nd pour after waiting 10-15 minutes without wine. It was a chardonnay that was mediocre at best. 50 minutes into our one hour tasting we had only had 2 pours, and decided their gimmicky $25 poi-zin wasnt worth waiting for.
I work in the industry and recognize some things are out of a winery and servers control, but at least acknowledging the guests you have and letting them know you&apos

Armida was perfect for our group of 7 girls celebrating a bride-to-be! Reservations were super easy to make (online or over the phone), tasting fees were reasonable, the views were spectacular, and the wine was great! The staff was also so kind and accommodating, and even let us hang out after closing to get in more photos! From the moment we arrived, everything was set up and waiting for us, and the staff was attentive and welcoming the whole time.

We had a BLAST drinking, chatting, and taking soooo many pictures! Seriously, the view is just amazing. They also have cute little picnic tables

Beautiful view and great wine. If you have not gone by, you need to because you will be disappointed. Can't wait for the new landscape to be done.

We have been members here for years and don't have any complaints. We accidentally ended up in their other location in Capitola and had a great experience there as well.
The wine is excellent with fun bottles and labels, I'm not a zin fan but enjoy their 2016 zin and I love their bubbly. The winery is very nice with a little pond and usually a deck you can sit out on but it's currently under construction.
They are dog friendly and usually have a friendly winery cat walking around.

When we walked in to celebrate my friends engagement and wedding coming up, a bald man decided to tell us how "marriage is basically your funeral." Fun way to start but it got so much better, after sitting in the sun because the man refused to give us a shaded area that we reserved a month in advance for, we were met with lovely ants that left not only a horrible impression of this so called winery but welts. Thanks for the experience. Really appreciate your effort to make a wonderful occasion, an absolute disappointment.

Beautiful winery with a lovely outdoor tasting experience. It was an intimate setting and the scenery was peaceful. Wine was great too!

The view from Armida alone makes it worth a visit, and the good wines seal the deal.
While the wines aren't exceptional, they are solidly "good" and a great value for a $20 tasting. The overall tasting experience was very positive, with friendly staff and a stunning view.
There are two areas available for tasting reservations on the website. A number of covered tables are adjacent to the indoor tasting room (parlor). Across a paved driveway, there's a section of lawn with adirondack chairs. Both areas offer great views, though note that the lawn seating is in full sun.

Their wines just are not good. They all taste the same, staff indifferent to the customer. I am not a wine snob, I drink a lot of good wine and am some what tuned in to good and bad and Armida is just as I stated earlier not good. I would rather spend more and go to Flowers. Same price point as Armida would be Mazzocco which have a great friendly staff that really wants the customer to engage. Also, their wines in every variety are far superior.

Made a reservation online, called to see if they were dog friendly. Spoke with Doug who had an extremely poor attitude about our arrival stating that he didn't know how we were able to book an appointment as he didn't have any openings and we shouldn't come. No apology, no compassion all attitude. Flat out rude. I am a local and will not be recommending this business to any of our family or friends if this is the type of customer experience they provide.

Armida is the first winery we joined when we retired to CA in 2008, and it is still our absolute favorite. Wonderful staff, beautiful site, and excellent wines at very reasonable prices.

Attached is a picture of an employee that should be terminated today if they want to keep people coming back. This guy took it upon himself to scream at a limo bus that was pulling into the parking lot in front of us saying they were closed and to turn around immediately and tossed his hands up in the air. It was 4:31pm on Sat 3/7/20 which was barrel tasting weekend. I then pulled up with customers from my restaurant that I was treating to a winetasting day as appreciation for their support. I own two very prominent restaurants in Livermore so I do understand customer service and the importance

This is my favorite winery around! Gorgeous property, amaaazing wines and wonderful service. This winery is the best, and we love that it’s dog friendly. Whenever we visit, we bring our pup and a picnic to enjoy on the deck. We typically buy a bottle of Tina’s Block Zinfandel and drink it outside.
The grounds are so beautiful and peaceful. It’s easy to spend hours there just relaxing and enjoying their amazing wine.

Very few spots along the wine road have as good a view. Perfect place for a picnic, some bocce and some wine. Definitely try the Poizin...take a bottle home in a coffin if you feel like it.

Friendly folks - casual. Not pretentious - Fun. Best value for tasting. Adequate pours. Sommeliers take the time to explain and educate on their product (and others) without being salesy or treating you dumb. Zin is the house specialty. Highly recommended. Beautiful grounds with amazing view of valley. Visit when you can. Springtime rules in Dry Creek!

We've visited this winery repeatedly over the past four or five years while visiting friends in the area. We always take a large group and a picnic and sit on their lovely deck overlooking a beautiful valley.
After tasting several of their wines, we buy a number of bottles to enjoy with our lunch with glasses provided by the winery and relax and play bocce.
We've been during barrel-tasting weeks and regular weeks and always have a terrific time. This is a winery that's not-to-be-missed!!

Fun, down to earth place where the servers are super friendly and the wines are enjoyable. It's very affordable to make it a stop on your tour, with tasting fees applied to purchases.

I know I'm going to disappoint a few, but the Zins are nice but not outstanding as many seem to say. I enjoyed the PoiZin but it's NOT the end-all, be all Zin that it's made out to be. In fact, my husband and I ended up buying a couple bottles of a totally different varietal for a casual dinner.

I would come here again for casual wine tasting, but if you are a serious wine connoisseur, your criteria

The Zen Masters! Really amazing staff serving up some great Zins. We were the only ones there and they took us up to the barrel room and let us taste some futures. Pretty cool and something I am looking into for sure.

I couldn't leave without a bottle of Poison in a casket box of course! I got the etched pink bottle with the pink wax not to be confused with the Pink Poison which is a Rose'.

It's small and out of the way but worth wandering to!

The stars were aligned the day we arrived here for our tasting. For one, we did not feel the gouging pain inflicted on our wallet from tasting fees, the most expensive tasting fee (choice of 2) being only $20. That is a rarity for California wine country.

Many wineries in the Napa Valley, a close neighbor to Healdsburg, think they are hot stuff and know that people will pay premium for that. Gratefully, Healdsburg is not yet as snobbish as its over-hyped cousins, yet offers some great wines that can trump the competition. We did not feel the pressure of needing an appointment before we dared

Beautiful views from the deck and tasting room. Great place to bring a picnic. I highly recommend the PoiZin (Reserve or regular) and the Maple Zin. My boyfriend and brother are both members here so we visit quite often. We've always had great experiences here. Great for groups of people!

My only issue is that Armida seems to be the "cool" place for every Bachelor/Bachelorette Party to visit. This typically means that there are 20-something, drunk frat boys running around. When I notice a large, drunk crowd I usually turn around. It's not worth it. Staff usually keeps pouring
