Place has really gone through a change. They got rid of all the riff raff and sketchy people. Finally putting some money into the park! It's nice to have a stable manager here for once and they have someone taking care of the outside. They re painted all the decking and re paved the roads, starting to look like an actual place to live. If you saw this place two years ago you wouldn't recognize it now. I was talking with some officers from Rio vista PD and even they noticed how much quieter it is here now. They used to be called daily. If you're looking for a reasonable place to live

Really CROWDED! Single wide mobiles mostly some older RV's all crowded and it basically looked like you would sleep and hear your neighbor snoring. The manager wasn't on site even though it was during business hours and when I phoned the number listed on the door I reached the voice mail . I left a message and it's been 2 days but no call back. I'm actually glad tho bc I really wouldn't want to live there. I have a large dog and there isn't a yard at all not even a postage size stop of grass. Come to think of it I don't think there was any grass at this location. The residents seem very friendly

I live here in the park and I've seen many changes lately. It's changing for the better. The atmosphere is getting better and we have a nice and sexy looking manager now who has a great attitude. Janice is a breath of fresh air here at the park.

I can't believe this is the same park I used to drive by all the time. The yards look nicely manicured, even the homes all look like they've had a fresh coat of paint. I met Janice, the park manager, and she was really open and friendly. Keep it up guys..... Looking good

I stopped by the park the other day. I met Janice, the park manager. She was very nice.
I asked about RV space availability and Janice stated that they are actually at full capacity at this time. She gave me an application to fill it out so it would be on file should a spot open up. Looks like a nice place to live.

This park has done a complete 180 turn from how it used to look. Even the atmosphere felt better when I was there. Janice is the manager of the park and she was just a delight to meet. She was friendly and accommodating. The hot coffee she offered was delicious and warming on that chilly morning I stopped in. I can't wait to check back in the future to see her many plans for the park come to be.

I visited my daughter Janice, the park manager there the other day. She showed me around and was so happy to tell me about the plans she had to improve things there. She really loves what she's doing. It's a perfect fit.

I had my rv parked there for 3 months. On the third month someone broke into it, along with several others. Absolutely no security. Before I rented a spot there, the owner told me that it was totally safe they never had a break in. II found out later that it was a total lie. No compassion at all from owners when I informed them of the break in. All they said was would you like to cancel your contract, and we are not responsible.

I like the park. I really enjoyed meeting Janice. The place has really cleaned up and it looks like a better class of tenants. I really liked meeting Janice. She has a lovely and very friendly smile. I can tell her heart is into it when she talks about the things she'd like to change moving forward. All the tenants who interacted with Janice while I was there were friendly and respectful towards her. You can just tell she has a great rapport with them. I'm definitely planning to stop back by here again.

The park has changed. It has a much nicer aura around it.
There are still a handful of troublemakers living there but from the looks of it, most of them are gone. The park looks and feels much warmer and calmer than it was before. The new manager had her hands full with this park but she seems to have glided right on in.

This park is under new management which is committed to making this an even nicer place to live than it is already. The park is small but intimate. I was shown a mobile unit that just became available. It seemed bigger on the inside than it looked on the outside. The floor-plan made very efficient use of space. My favorite spot was the boat dock, which will be transformed into a gathering area with picnic benches and barbecue pits without losing the access to the water. Many other great plans in the works. Janice is here for the long haul.
