The townhomes are miserable if one of your neighbors has kids that like to roleplay as a rhinoceros every morning/night. You would think it wouldn't be so bad because they're not above you, but the floors/stairs are incredibly noisy and the walls are thin enough that you can hear kids next door yelling.

I rented at Adams Village for a little over a year. My experience was excellent and exactly what I would hope for while renting. The staff are friendly and willing to help, but they also respect privacy. The area is quiet and the staff ensure the community is kept clean and accessible, while the maintenance staff work hard to keep everything in working order. A change of plans forced me to move and I had to find a new assignment for my lease which Liz was very understanding and helpful with.

I moved into the new division at Adams Village and it is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The buildings and walls are very thin and poorly built so it's incredibly loud. The parking near my building is always full and it's almost impossible to get any spaces. The leasing staff also isn't very helpful or accommodating and have been rude on more than one occasion.

Living here has gotten so very bad. These brand new, "luxury" apartments have turned into hell on earth. It's SO loud every single night and every single morning. The walls are paper thin and I can hear everything above and below me. People are messy and you'll often find trash all over the grounds. Theft already - your bikes aren't safe. And the "secure" package service is a joke. Parking your car is impossible, and if you show up after 6 pm you won't be able to find a spot near your building. I've had to park and walk all the way across the community

I lived in Adam's Village for 2 years and it was fantastic! I l lived in the older units (compared to the brand new units that opened summer 2019) in a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom. I signed my lease sight unseen, as I was moving from out of state, and I was so happy with the decision. The apartment is VERY spacious, and the bedroom size and closet space is actually luxurious. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a great perk, as are the new kitchen appliances and an in-unit washer dryer. My apartment did not have a bonus room or garage, but I actually ended up like that better. I parked immediately

I LOVE living here! It is the perfect combination of in-town living without the late hours/noise of being so close to campus. My neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood feels extremely safe, while I walk my dog in evening hours. Lastly, the staff is amazing with communication and professionalism. I would highly recommend living here to family and friends!

We've lived at Adams Village for about 3 years and plan on renewing another year! We live in a one bedroom with garage floor plan and absolutely love the storage and space it provides. The property is super quiet, has amazing views (from my balcony), and feels very safe even when walking to the fitness center or taking trash at night. I definitely recommend it!

It's better than other apartment complexes in Bloomington but not without its share of frustrations. Two major frustrations for us ultimately soured the whole experience.
1) When we moved in, one of the cable outlets didn't actually have cable connected to it. Apartment management said to contact Comcast. Comcast charged me $75 to come to the apartment only to tell me they couldn't help and I should contact apartment management. Property manager went on and on about how Comcast could've done something if they'd wanted (??) but eventually hired a contractor to fix the

My husband and I lived here last year and absolutely loved it. Our apartment was new and spacious and the rent was very reasonable. The maintenance and office staff were very nice and responsive, even helping us find someone to take over our lease when we had to move for work. Our neighbors were great -- friendly, never loud or obnoxious. We loved the location, too -- super close to SR 37 and the Clear Creek Trail. I'd recommend to anyone!
