Services
Housing Unlimited provides affordable, independent housing for adults in mental health recovery in Montgomery County. The organization promotes independence and recovery by providing a stable and comfortable home. With the security of knowing that their housing is secure, our tenants can focus on becoming valued and integrated members of the community.
We rely on charitable gifts and in-kind donations to achieve our mission. We currently have over 350 people on our waiting list and we expect a steady stream of new applicants in the coming year. All of our homes are fully furnished with donated furniture. We are always looking to freshen our stock of living room, bedroom and other furniture, particularly as we acquire new homes.
The Tenant Empowerment Program educates and trains our tenants on how to be a responsible tenant and contributing member of a shared living community. Extra Measure Property Management - Our staff visit each and every home weekly to check in with our tenants and ensure that they are honoring their lease.

They buy homes next to your house and vagrants move in smoking awful smelling things and the yellow smoke builds up on the table and on the tv screen. They smoke in the front of the house and they check to see if your car is unlocked and they took my walkman and I bought a gun to protect myself and the next time they enter my car he will be shot.
Do yourself a favor people and protest companies like these who buy homes and do not take car of their outside property.
