During our sessions we will LEARN about and connect with your body while getting stronger, mobile and achieving better health. My clients learn lifting form and proper progressions, personal care and recovery tactics to prep your body for performance and longevity. During this 2 hour assessment we will scan your body for dysfunctional movement patterns and measure passive and active ranges of motion for every joint and motion it should have.

We will take "before photos and videos." Filmed and assessed Complete Articular Rotations. A 6 month commitment to gain positive momentum in your health! This is the best way for you to connect with your body, learn quality technique, and allow time for your body to adapt. Meeting 3 times a week to hit strength training, mobility, cardio, posture and balance.

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is the cutting edge joint specific mobilty training, now used by professional sports orginizations like the MLB, NHL, NFL and NBA!
Kinstretch: A movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and USABLE ranges of motion. Unlike traditional training systems, Kinstretch has a built in self assessment system, giving you the ability to scan your body for dysfunction, keys to loss of performance, pain and risk of injury.
I received my Bachelors Degree in Exercise Sports Science from Oregon State University and am an ASCM Certified Personal Trainer. I have a nutrition certification from Precision Nutrition, am a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist and Fort Collins only Functional Range Assessment and Kinstretch(R) provider.
