I lived at Hunter's Creek from 10/19 to 10/2020, if it weren't for buying my first house I would still be there. I had an amazing experience there, the staff goes above and beyond to help you with anything. Jenn the manager was amazing during my short period of not living in the apartment due to being diagnosed with cancer so I moved home with my parents during treatment. After that I came back with no issues and they assisted me with whatever I needed. So in regards to having a staff that is ACTUALLY responsive unlike other places Hunter's Creek gets 10 stars!

I have worked for Hunter's Creek for 2.5 years. The location is great! We are close to Kroger, Target and restaurants. Our community has lush greenery and on site amenities to enjoy. Our maintenance team always goes above and beyond to ensure our residents are taken care of. We even welcome our furry residents to move into our community! Come visit us, you will love calling Hunter's Creek your new home!

Apartments are overpriced and BRG embodies all the negatives of a corporate run apartment community. Primarily not a customer focused or caring company. Poor explanations of fees and billing. Poor responses when leaving messages (corporate office). This place operates to make money at the expense of poor service both at the main office and corporate office. You can do better for your money.

I'll highly recommend this apartment, the staffs are super friendly, helpful and very responsible.Jenn and Jeanne both helped me all the way.
They have fixed all the issues immediately on the next working day as soon as they see the work order.Manager Jenn is very responsible, if I've raised the same issue second time then she will personally visit the apartment and get whole thing replaced with the new one, if she finds even a little complication in getting it fixed, she has never compromised on the service. She must be rewarded for the great service.

I stayed here in 2018 just for 4 months. But I throughly enjoyed this apartment. First thing I like is, it’s pretty new compared to Foxrun and Deercross. Also this apartment was maintained in a clean and tidy way. Also you will find it very calm and peaceful. They reimbursed the membership for Blue Ash recreation center. Also room space is very good when compared to Deercross. The only con of this apartment is they don’t washer and Dryer Hook up. But it Is available in every apartment. This place is awesome, very nice and clean apartments, I never had a problem finding a parking spot. Jennifer, the manager, was beyond helpful and one of the most friendly people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, and the maintenance crew was always there and ready for any help I needed right away. Definitely recommend these apartments to anybody.

Lived here for one year. The model unit is much nicer than the actual ones. Management was helpful for the most part, but the apartments themselves do not live up to expectations for the price.
Here are my actual issues I had with the physical apartment: Cabinets and counters are cheaply painted and will chip easily, cabinets themselves are extremely cheaply made—think hinges falling off and very cheap appearance. The balcony had many loose screws and a lot of the wood was untreated, making it squishy and moldy. The layout is large but very awkward and a lot of space is wasted. Not to mention

This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in and would steer absolutely ANYONE away from it. The walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbor talking in their own home and if you have someone living above you it sounds like they are going to come through the ceiling at any moment. This all is enough to avoid this place entirely but the management doesn't care about their residents one iota. Not only will they tell you they can't do anything for you if you have a legitimate complaint but they have the worst customer service I've ever come across. They are
