Kerry is great! Patient and informative! I emailed, we made an appointment for that evening and she came to my house on time and saved the day!
New computers are tricky and I am not as savvy as I used to be. Appreciate her help and ideas and didn't make me feel like an idiot for not figuring things out on my own..

I emailed digital dutchess to see what could be done about some malware I had on my computer. I emailed her late in the evening and was surprised to get a response hours later. (Other places I had emailed took much longer to respond! Days!)
Although I didn't call her she was very informative in telling me what could be done to resolve the problem and how she would handle it.
I was also told an hours time $85.
