They repaired my high-end but older laptop (including installing replacement parts and ensuring continuing full functionality) within 1 day (as promised). From beginning to end they were responsive and reliable. They DID NOT TRY selling me anything extra (that I didn't need). They DID fully fix and appropriately upgrade my laptop -- and at a truly reasonable price. Alexander provided great advice on this laptop and my potential next laptops. Antonio

BEWARE OF SCAMS!! I called ahead and used the online support to get a quote on a laptop screen repair. They gave me 2 employee names, 1 quote, and a ticket number. I go in and some guy claiming to be the manager wants to charge me an extra $80 for the repair even with my quote, ticket number, and employee references!! I like supporting small business but this person obviously likes taking advantage of struggling college students stay away!!!

I have taken my laptops to this business twice. The problems were diagnosed quickly and when estimates were given, the final cost was at the low end of the cost range that was quoted and very competitive with the other shops out there for the same service. They fixed the problems and have not had any further trouble. I will not hesitate to go straight to them next time I need a device fixed.

My experience here was first rate, incredible. Antonio could not have been nicer, more helpful, or kinder. I walked in completely stressed out, unable to get any work done because my computer was not working. He was immediately available and super helpful. When I first started getting familiar with computers I did a lot of messy things to my computer. I looked around for a business that could help me fix the errors I created. I decided on Comp Pros and was so happy with my choice. Comp Pros was a wonderful experience as well as affordable. They helped me all the way through the repair, it took him two days of continuous work but he did it without complaint. I have gone back since the first time which was in 2010.
