Was in a small tech bind with my Mac gear at work just to find out that the Apple store across the street from my work did not carry nor accommodate the crucial accessory I needed! Lol. so after sifting through Offer Up for possible more inexpensive tech leads, I happened across some of JoJo's posts with great prices and he happened to be super local from where I worked on the Westside! Chatted with him up a bit on the app, was super responsive and found out he had multiple of the right item I was looking for and let me know he has a small shop in Westwood. I said I could pick up on my way

Sevada is so kind and generous. I called asking for a Mac Pro he only had one that he used for work and he still let me buy it. After calling all over LA and getting frankly ridiculous quotes from many other shops Sevada offered a more than fair price and upgraded the machine for less than it would have cost me to buy the parts and install myself. Truly kind. And let me trade in my old computer at a high value.

Needed to replace the battery in an older Apple series 2 watch, but four other "Apple" repair shops said they couldn't help. Went to Group Micro and met with "CHRIS" who patiently tried several defective replacement batteries, but eventually located a good one and got the watch working like new. Customer service was responsive; price was reasonable; and provided a repair warranty. Highly recommend Group Micro!!!

I can't recommend Group Micro highly enough. Sevada is amazing...very honest, helpful and patient. He went above and beyond to help me with the repair of my son's gaming laptop...and did a fantastic job on the repair! I've seen him interact with other customers, as well, and he maintains a professional demeanor, regardless of the customer's actions (i.e. he stayed cool when dealing with a real pain in the a** customer). Hopefully, I won't be needing computer repair services any time soon but this is definitely the only place I'll go if I do.

Honest people honest work. The professionalism at group micro is phenomenal. On 2 separate occasions i have used their services. They work miracles, my phone was nearly broken in half, amazingly they fixed it! More recently, i had my lighting connector tip break and get stuck in the charger port, Took it to group micro and the problem was fixed quickly. Happy to have a such honest company be in Westwood village.

Group Micro is the place to go! I brought in a very broken computer & Sevada fixed it in 2 days! I brought it in on a Saturday right before closing time, and picked it up the following Monday evening. They're closed on Sundays, so that is a very quick turnover! He was honest & gave me a fair price. I appreciated his professionalism, and the speedy return of my precious (& newly fixed) laptop! Thank you Group Micro!

I woke up to a shattered iPad that had fallen out of my bed. I couldn't go more than a day without it since it contained all of my school notes. My iPad was fixed and the broken home button was replaced by 5:30pm. So fast and so kind!! They could tell how stressed I was about missing my iPad and promised to get it done as quickly as possible. I will definitely be returning!! The best service and quality repair :)

I had my iPhone 8 Plus repaired for a very fair price and didn't have to make an appointment. They were friendly and polite. It was also done in the amount of time quoted. I hope to not break my phone again but if I do, I know where to go. Thank you.

Sevada is amazing! He provides excellent service at reasonable pricing. I had my Macbook pro speaker replaced and he fixed it very quickly and did a great job. His customer service is top notch. This is now my favorite place for apple repairs and accessories.

I brought in my phone for water damage and Imtiaz was very upfront of the costs and the slim chance of my phone being saved. I got my phone back the next day - repaired! I'm having some screen and microphone/speaker issues, but all my data is in tact. He was super honest and his pricing is extremely reasonable. I would definitely come back for any future iPhone repairs.

The best phone repair place that I've ever been to! My iphone 6s screen was fully shattered, and in less than 10 minutes, it was replaced! The rates for repair are the best in the daly city/ sf area- everywhere else charges $99+ and can take up to an hour to fix. I highly recommend coming here for any screen replacements!

This was a GREAT experience. Sevada treated me like family, fixed my iphone 7 in under ten minutes for a low price, 3 month warranty, and free screen protector.
We talked about his business, which he clearly has a genuine passion for, and Sevada answered all my questions about pricing and quotes for computer repairs. It was a feel-good experience. Got iPhone 7 rear camera replaced for $82. They were able to finish it in under an hour and the camera works as good as new! They even told me that if it didn’t work properly, they’d give me a new one free of charge.
Don’t be concerned with initial impressions of the shop; they do a great job and are very helpful for very fair prices!

Honestly, this was the second store I checked out to get my water damaged iPhone repaired at and I am SO GLAD the first store turned me away because it led me to Group Micro. The man at the first store said that no one would open up a water damaged phone because it was too much liability, but in my head, I was thinking "how can it get any worse?"

The owner of this store, Sevada, is so kind, understanding, and easy to talk to! He was willing to check out my phone and at least try to fix it! That's really all I ask for is some effort. I dropped it off at 9:30am, went to my classes

I am a UCLA student and I had a first great experience at this place. In addition to that, they fixed my iPhone in less than 20 minutes. They did a great job. Also, I got a free screen protector. These guys fix all sorts of Apple products: iPhones, MacBooks, etc. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great price and a great service.

Great quick service! I was in a rush to get my IPhone fixed, it was badly cracked and it got fixed in 40 minutes! So close to the UCLA campus, I was able to get back to my meeting on time.
