I moved here in October 2020 and just renewed my lease. I love it here! The apartment is very nice and spacious, we have a garage and a drive way so there is plenty of parking if you have guests since there is also on street parking throughout the neighborhood. I sometimes forget this is an apartment complex - it’s more like a condo.The amenities are great and the staff is awesome. I can always depend on all of my maintenance requests to be fulfilled and the maintenance staff are very friendly as well. I looks forward to seeing them on their golf carts everyday. I would recommend anyone to live

The apartments are spacious and have great garages HOWEVER the driveways are all uneven. For example, someone with a two bedroom on one side of the complex could have room for a car in the garage AND two cars to be parked in the driveway. Unfortunately, the majority of community members are left with just enough space to fit the car on a raised slab and SOL when it comes to finding street parking.
There are so many broken down / permanently parked cars that genuinely haven’t moved in months. When this is brought up to staff, all they do is say “we agree it’s an inconvenience” and nothing

Going into our third month here and loving it. All maintenance issues are promptly addressed. The layout is perfect...more like a home than an apartment. Based on other reviews, i was concerned about internet issues but haven’t had any. The landfill smell can be ripe at times, but most of the time I don’t notice it. Little critters can be annoying, but they spray for them so mostly I’m just cleaning up dead ones. (Rolly Pollys mostly). Very convenient location.

Apartments themselves are nice enough and the attached garage is nice. But the internet company they force you to use here is hands down the worst. Super slow all the time and goes down frequently. At least a few nights a week the internet is out and you have no other choice but to stick with the subpar service. It just seems wrong to force garbage internet service on all the residents and it's a real shame as otherwise it's a decent place to live.
Would NOT recommend living here to anyone who uses the internet on a daily basis. Will not be renewing my lease unless they get a different internet

First off I would like say I was amazed at the convenience of everything all in one place. Location, amenities, quiet, garage, I could go on and on. Also the leasing team at Avondale are very quick and professional about meeting all your needs as tenant. So glad I chose them, over a few other choices. I absolutely would recomend them if you need a nice luxury style condo for your family or by yourself.

So Far, So Good!
I just moved in to my new place here and I have had a wonderful experience so far. The office staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Gabi has been more than wonderful. They even provided a welcome gift to our new home, and it feels just as that so far.
Despite the snow storms, the office staff kept us informed every step of the way of the status of our new place. It was move-in-ready just as they promised. I hope the neighbors are just as pleasant as the office staff.

I've lived here for two years now, and in that time there have been many changes & improvements. The maintenance staff is more efficient and always helpful. The office staff is friendly, effective, organized.
The community is relatively quiet and well maintained. However, the location might be the best part. Everything you need is within a 5 min drive or walk. Seriously, elementary school, grocery store, Centerville City Park, veterinarian, storage place, even the interstate and several martial arts centers are ALL less than 10 min in any direction.

We moved in last year and plan to renew the lease. The space is wonderful and we love the garage. Pam is awesome and always quick to respond to any problem or request. The complex is quiet and close to everything. The property is always clean and manicured. We have no plans to move in the near future. Love our complex and staff.

I don’t live here but visit frequently. It is a quiet and clean complex. The apartments are nice, but don’t have functional floor plans (if that’s more important to you). For example, what looks like a master bathroom isn’t connected to the master bedroom. They keep the appliances up to date! The garage also has a storage space.
