They are billing me $45 to replace a set of blinds that I never opened. In the pictures of the whole window (which I had to request), you cannot see any damage, meaning I did not see it when I moved in. This complex clearly “fixes” damaged property enough to pass a resident inventory, then they bill the resident when they move out. Nicole Parnin, the manager, will not return my calls and it takes her days to respond to emails. This is ludicrous. I also upgraded the shower head and installed curtain rods which I left to stay in the apartment, yet I’m being billed for something I didn’t even

I am moving from out of state for a sudden job opportunity and I found the perfect place. Adara found me the perfect apartment for an outstanding price. I just recently moved in. Due to the fact that i'm not a frequent mover and of course Covid, I didn't know how easy the process would be having to do everything online.
My leasing consultant Adara, sent every step, one by one online, following up with me if I had a question, making the process pretty darn easy.
The apartment i live in is really nice. The kitchen is nice with matching appliances. The fireplace is a nice touch. Along with the ceiling fans, and the spacious closet make it cozy and spacious.

We have been here for a month and had several service calls (hey, this apartment has been used before, so some things weren't perfect). Their response to these calls has been fantastic - they came super quick and they did the work professionally. The maintenance person always wore booties, and he always wore a mask. The office staff has also been remarkably friendly and responsive.

I just moved into Willows of Coventry, and the process could not have gone any smoother. I was in a bit a time crunch and needed to move in within a day. Sachet was our leasing consultant with Willows and she was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and always quick to respond. We completed the whole process electronically, without any personal contact, including the handing over of keys and move-in walk-through/check (sadly, a plus in these COVID-19 times). Sachet provided me with a video tour the apartment, addressed all concerns, helped with each step, and, as I mentioned, she was very efficient, friendly

Moved to apartment with kicked in front door, broken screen door, broken ice machine, ancient dryer. Wrote for maintenance, only added oil to screen door, did not adress any other problems. Asked for an extra lock to our front door because it's clearly been kicked in, received nothing. Toilet doesn't work well, maintenance did something that was temporary fix for a couple days, but I guess it's just old. Back in the winter, snowblower pushed a ton of mud onto my car, totally covered to the point of near zero visibility through my windows, asked for 10 dollars to reimburse car wash, nothing. Wanted

Hi moved into limos of Coventry in September before moving in management tell me the apartment unit was being cleaned That was good to know with Covid going on so when I moved in the ice for the stove that are underneath the electric burners filthy oven still has never been cleaned There were bugs in the light fixture in the closet I had to request more than once the carpeting has metal showing and spots over the carpet I asked is the carpet brown beige or what color it is only to find out that when someone moves in management does a walk-through management might need to purchase some glasses I

We absolutely love this apartment complex and especially, the staff! Stephanie is so friendly and so helpful. We lived in the medium sized one bedroom, Eden and then switched to the largest one bedroom. They are a bit pricey but when you look at the inside of the apartment and the location...it's truly a deal. You're in a safe community, you've got yourself a private entrance, a fireplace, and a very modern, luxury feel kitchen.
