Friday February 12th driver Shawn arrived with the most spectacular bouquet of fresh flowers I have received in years from any florist. He was pleasant and helpful, a great ambassador for Ariel's flowers. Obviously this was a Valentine's Day delivery. The best part is I am posting a picture of the bouquet after they have been in my home for more than 2 weeks. Look how well they held up! A sign of fresh product, well prepared, beautifully arranged and done with pride. I will recommend Ariel flowers to anyone in the Lake County. Thank you Ariel's and Shawn.

I called and spoke with Diana who was AMAZING! Their selection of cute and fun stuff was pretty good too! I called fairly late in the afternoon to have flowers sent for my sister who was having surgery nearby that day, and Diana was so incredibly patient and helpful with me and talked me through my order. I'm in MN and so couldn't see everything firsthand, but their website was pretty well done so I could easily see what she was describing. Since I was calling so late we weren't sure if they would get to the desk before their reception doors closed but she worked with me to have the delivery person

We used Ariel's Flowers for our wedding this past November and we were very impressed. Dianna did an amazing job giving us exactly what we wanted for our arrangements at a price we were happy to pay. She helped walk us through different arrangement styles as well as flower options to help with availability and price. We even did centerpieces that we didn't think we would do because of cost! We couldn't have been more happy with the service and the product that was delivered.
