We provide a nurturing, safe, and peaceful environment where children use Montessori materials to develop to their full potential. Services
Our school program begins in mid-August each year and operates year-round. We are closed approximately four weeks out of the year, as well as holidays and staff development days. Our preschool environment offers a 1:8 teacher-student ratio. We offer a complete Montessori curriculum in practical life, sensorial, mathematics, language development, cultural subjects, handwriting, art, music, Spanish, and grace & courtesy.
Success in school is directly tied to the degree to which children believe they are capable and independent human beings. As we allow students to develop a meaningful degree of independence and self-discipline, we also set a pattern for a lifetime of good work habits and a sense of responsibility. In Montessori, students are taught to take pride in their work.
Cameron Park Montessori welcomes all children regardless of race, color, religion, ethnic or national origin, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or any factor that is a prohibited consideration under applicable law. Cameron Park Montessori School serves children as young as 1 month old. Our license requires all admissions paperwork to be completed before the first day of attendance.
Cameron Park Montessori has been such a blessing to our family. We have sent three children through this school, and each one has thrived in their own way. We feel extremely lucky to have found such a wonderful group of teachers who nurture our children and encourage them to be the best version of themselves.

We have sent 2 of our kids to this loving and caring environment to begin their exploration of learning. We cannot wait to send our 3rd. The teachers are Montessori focused, well trained, and kind. The… atmosphere is peaceful and orderly, like you would expect from a Montessori classroom. Children are allowed to progress at their own pace with plenty of beautiful rotating jobs to choose from. The teacher enthusiasm for education is contagious. The school truly focuses on grace or courtesy. My kids left CPM with a love of life long learning, prepared for school, self motivated, confident

Amazing school with a great atmosphere that my son absolutely loved!! Great development for the little ones with wonderful staff that is very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Loved the 2 years my son spent there. Even after moving to Pollock Pines my other two kids will attend this school when ready, worth the drive for a school with staff that is so trustworthy!!
