They were called before midnight to pick up my daughter's car. Estimated time was 45 minutes. They never answered the phone for us or the insurance company to find out what's going on even after 3am. Don't waste your time with this group. Find another company that will actually pick you up. Glad she was in town so she could still catch a ride home. Don't get left out to just wait around, don't use this company.

The team at Bayside Towing rescued our family holiday. After driving ever-to-close to the soft but beautiful sand of Pensacola Beach, our motorhome became a victim of the sand. I brought my sons truck in for some work, as he had just bought it and needed some things done. After a couple of days they told us some things that were wrong, and eventually came up with a price of 1005., which I thought was a little high, but I wanted the truck to be right and run good. After they completed the work they said everything was good and it ran fine. When we brought it home, there was a noise in the front end, as well as the back. We brought the truck back today, and now they say it needs another 1,000 plus dollars to fix. A good mechanic would have advised me of this when I brought

My family and I needed a tow truck late night due to our vehicle shutting off on us for unknown mechanical reasons. Called State Farm for roadside assistance and they and the towing company gave us a 90 minute ETA. They actually made it in half that time and I saw nothing wrong with their customer service skills. Your help was really appreciated in getting to us in a timely matter and bringing our vehicle to its destination with no issues.
