Ford Motor Assistance contacted ACE to assist us. We were on the side of the interstate, it was raining off and on. ACE contacted us to let us know their ETA. David and Mr. Mitchell were awesome! I was quoted a price of $175.00 per hour by Amanda. They showed up 3 hours late. Job took 2.5 hours to complete. Bill should have been $437.50. Once they had my truck hooked to their wrecker they told me I had to pay $1500.00 or they would impound my truck and the bill would go up. DO NOT USE ACE WRECKER.

I'm an owner operator trucker and had three pieces of equipment to deliver in Destin/Ft Walton. My dispatcher called another tow company who showed up later than expected. They managed to unload one piece of equipment and caused some scratches to it in the process, and when the first company tried to unload the second piece it almost fell off my trailer so I sent them packing. The hydraulics on their boom were leaking and shouldn't even be in service...

AAA roadside assistance used Ace to respond to my need for a tire change. Conditions were horrible: getting dark in rain and very heavy traffic, so the response took longer than usual, but when Heather arrived, I knew we were in good hands: capable, polite and going the extra mile to make sure all was done correctly. They will price gouge you! They charged me almost $300 and made me pay in cash only!
They towed my car at 130am I picked it up the same day at 12 noon and that’s what they charged me for a simple tow & same day pick up!!!! And to add insult to injury made me go to a gas station and get cash because they would not take a card and said that I had to have exact amount because they don’t have change?
Does anyone know where I can report them?

I called to get a small motorhome towed. Gave all the information including dimensions and weight. Ace towing then called me back with a quote $150 to $200. I made the comment well I know it will be $200 because that's how it always goes. When the motorhome was dropped off the driver wanted payment before unloading and said it was $450 and I thought he was joking. After telling him where to go because I was upset he called dispatch and they said it was a mistake but still wanted $225. This is the most dishonest tow company! I said I sue before paying over the $200 and also told him

Ace Towing & Recovery came to try to jump my car battery. They were very professional and knowledgable explaining what they were doing. After several tries, it was determined the car had to go to the dealership as it was beyond the battery. Ace Towing & Recovery had a tow truck here quickly. The individual loaded my car on the truck with care and made sure it was fastened to the truck bed securely. Thank you.

It is a shame that there are not more reviews, as they deserve a fair shake. I was down a dirt road in Holt that no one would consider assisting. Called my insurance & at 1st they set up Kell's. Kells called me & would not even give time of day. Said they will cancel the order & that I would need to call my insurance back. Next was Ace. They sent AJ out. He was knowledable & guided us to get it done. He was personable & friendly. I feel bad I had no cash to tip him. He made a bad situation manageable. Our experience was good with this company's service. We got stuck turning around on a trail off a dirt road. Stuck deeply in wet sand. They were prompt given our location we waited maybe 30 mins. Staff was friendly and informative. Price was reasonable. The gentleman got himself stuck trying to ensure we got out.

Don't call them! They answer your call, after 2 hours of waiting, I called to get a status and they ignored my calls. No answers, causing me to be late for work. Had to call another towing company to come get me which would take another hour causing me to be close to 3 hours late for work!!! This is horrible, with my initial calls I thought they were nice bit clearly I was wrong.
