I am Nichole and I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry. I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. It has been a journey to find my passion as a health coach. I was the founder, organizer and swim coach.
Individual coaching is one-on-one coaching that is completely personalized and tailored to the client. We, the coach and client, work together to identify your health and wellness goals and to set a plan in place to achieve them. The process is client-centered and offers support, mentoring and motivation to reach the next step.
Wellness workshops are interactive programs for the whole family. We cover topics and tips that incorporate the four pillars of health. The four pillars of health include Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition. The program shows us that small changes and practical solutions can have big effects on our family's health and behavior.
