We have been using this as our jewelers since shortly after the store opened, and we will go nowhere else. Rock and Scott are experts and are very helpful, friendly, and patient, never pushy. We've used them for everything from cleaning my jewelry, getting a new watch battery, repairs, appraisals, and custom jewelry. Over the years we have purchased diamond earrings, a three diamond engagement ring, and just picked up a dazzling wedding band with more than 4 carats worth of 50 diamonds, to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed. I was sent here to mount my Stone and size it down. After I excitedly picked it up (through one of the jeweler's wife who sent me here since I lived closer to her.) Upon inspection, three accent diamonds had popped off due to mounting the stone. I was shocked that the jeweler was so careless and that the ring wasn't inspected??? After the work??! Sure, they took care of the issue. But I drove a lot of distances to get this ring back and forth, even if the wife is closer to me, it still was 1.5 hours drive each way. And now this issue. Which is why I've

I've been going to Bella's for years primarily to make adjustments like sizing. I have come to trust their work, word, suggestions, and level of customer service over other shops. My fiance and I decided because of my experience through the years we would get our wedding bands from Bella. They very patiently walked us through the process and we can't wait to go back to pick up our rings when they're ready!

Last Friday night I dropped my (rather expensive) eye glasses on a tile floor - and broke the frame. Wow - I wear these glasses every weekday to work - and then in a split second - I can't wear them at all! Went to Bella Design Jewelers the next day (Saturday) and asked Rock if he could fix them. Rock looked at them (thoughtfully) and then ended up performing several tiny spot welds to put the frames together again. I was impressed. They folded correctly and everything. He added some epoxy for additional strength ... and suggested a charge of $15. What a great deal for me ... $15 to recover a pair

My husband bought both my engagement ring and wedding ring here. Rock worked with him to create a unique and personal design. The rings are beautiful, made with platinum and great quality stones. That was 21 years ago! Hubby chose Bella Design Jewelers because his father bought his wife jewelry from Rock. Whenever we hear someone is looking to get engaged, or just needs a repair or resizing of a ring, we recommend Bella. Always honest, fair and their work/repairs are fantastic. Do NOT buy online, or from a mall store, without checking here first. You won't regret it.

I found Bella Design a couple years ago when I was looking to upgrade my wedding set and I’m so glad I did! I shopped around but no one compared to the quality and price Bella Design offered.
