Le Med is a good place to live. Lived here for two years from 2020-2022 and the apartments themselves are very pleasant, most tenants have been here for many years. Staff is very kind and understanding.
Pros
-Leasing office and maintenance team is quick and responsive. If you submit a maintenance request, they come within a couple days, depending on the severity. For most cases, it was the next day.
-Parking: each apartment gets tandem parking for 2 spots and there's an extra lot in the back that has plenty of spaces. It never fills up.
-Le Med neighborhood is quiet. Rarely you will see

2nd Update: I remember reading somewhere (a review) that if you're moving out, forget about your deposit because they never give it back. Well we just got ours in the mail yesterday and we got most of our money back :-)
Update: Hubby got a job up north so we had to move :( I really enjoyed living here these past 4 years and I'm definitely going to miss it!

My boyfriend and I had an appointment today to view an apartment that was supposedly available. Not only was the person who greated us super rude, she went on to say she couldn't find our appointment. Her attitude was horrible and it was clear that she did not want to help us. We had an appointment at 11 with Rachel and didn't even get the opportunity to talk to her. This was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience as when we got there we where told there where no apartments available. They could have at least had the common courtesy to email, call or text us that there where

Matt is heaven-sent and is the reason I'm giving this place 4 stars (I would've given it 3.5 bc of the cons listed)
I lived here 2018-2019.
Pros:
-Rent $1995 -- huge deal for a SoCal 2b2b!
-spacious closet w/ sliding mirrors, and spacious bathroom for my bedroom. My room came with a nice cabinet. my roommate (master bedroom)'s closet and bathroom was huge.
-location: literally right off the fwy, which made it easy to get to places; close to Angel Stadium, Anaheim Amtrak, Chapman University, Orange Circle, Disneyland
-no washer/dryer or fridge included, but there were outlets for

Le Med was an amazing home full of wonderful staff. Maintenance was always quick to reply, it's in a wonderful location, the area is quiet, and next to a beautiful walking trail. But the real selling point is the office staff. They're compassionate, creative, and intelligent. They work diligently to ensure that any problem you have, (during signing, moving, or during your lease) is resolved quickly and to your full satisfaction. The only reason I moved out is to be closer to work, but I would have stayed if I could!

NO APPLIANCES .
Drain on the shower stinks I have to keep the door closed all the time.
Apartment complex Smells like asphalt 60% of the time ( Asphalt plant is next door the other side of Santa Ana river)
No insulation on the walls .
I'm situated right next to the Santa Ana river on the northeast corner of the property and is unsafe due to the walking trail.
No place to storage tools etc
Thermostat and AC sucks

I've lived here for two years with my roommate. Matt and April are super friendly and the parking is really excellent. Whenever we need something fixed in the apartment, it's done quickly and the maintenance guys Felix and Art are always very friendly. I've recommended two of my buddies one if which just moved in to the building across the way. Thanks Le Med!

Terrible place . During few months I got a lot of troubles with them. They are not responsible at all about everything they are telling they will fix.
If you’re going to come and check the place, let me tell you that first impression it’s totally different. They will look nice and the apartment like perfect.
When you will start living in the apartment every week you will find out a lot of problems in the apartment.
In the beginning I was happy that is central AC and they do have 2 parking lot for each apartment and laundry in the apartment.

First the apartment is in very very hot corner in Lincoln and Rio vista the white apartments have a lot of bad people there u just stop in the shopping center where is the liquor store and see
A lot and a lot of times there is police and holcapter follow people from there
The apartment they have 0 security a lot of times car miss parts like crazy and the management are the worst

This was my first time applying for an apartment & going through the process, which for someone whose never done it can be daunting. Luckily April & Matt were both very friendly & informative making the process a breeze! I'm now a happy resident amongst quality neighbors! (Which is a huge plus).
Being new to a city as well as having a new apartment can be a scary experience, Matt & April went above & beyond to show me the endless possibilities that Anaheim has to offer that would allow me a great experience! Very grateful & happy here!

I have lived at this apartment complex for over 2 years. We recently moved to a new unit where they allowed us to keep our same rate of rent and were very helpful and accommodating us with what we needed for our family! Special thanks to April and to Matt that run the office at Le Med Apartments. They are great and always friendly and helpful thank you for everything you guys do for us and our apartment community!! My family and I lived at the LeMed Apartments in Anaheim for two years. This is the best location in all of Anaheim. First of all, the management staff, Michelle and April are excellent in making sure their residents are completely happy and satisfied with their units. My husband and I lived at Led Med Apartments for 11 years and just recently moved. (lived in 2 bedroom 2 bath for 3 years and 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath flat with backyard for 8 years) We never had any major problems. If anything needed to be repaired it was fixed that same day or next day. April and Michelle are right on it.
The apartment complex is well maintained and quite. The inside of the apartments are upgraded with granite counter tops and crown molding. They also have washer & dryer hook-ups, Central A/C.

It's okay. I've lived here for nearly five years, so I guess that says something. It's got its perks. I haven't had much luck finding any other place that offers what Le Med offers for the price.

THIEVES! even though we left the apartment clean and no damage they kept the whole deposit. Also years later i find out they started and filed something with the courthouse against us. Even though they didn't follow thru, i'm boggled why. We left because we bought a house and always paid rent.

Be careful with your move out bills !! They would tell it would be nominal but landed up with a huge surprises.... if you land up with issues with the Ladies at the office then reach to their corporate office "Pacific Coast Management" at New port Beach. That may help. Do not trust on them and leave the place. They would not bother to inform you and finally you would not only loose your deposit amount but get a notice from collection agency with a huge bill !

We've just moved in. Great little gated community. April made the move go so smoothly. It took us 1 to 2 mos. from finding this apartment 'til move-in day, and April was there every step of the way. She's been so patient and accessible to us; answered any and all questions and concerns.
Very quiet place. It's the weekend and there's just no noise whatsoever-day or night.
Tennis court and gym is getting some updated machines this month. Can't wait 'til it re-opens.
Two car parking is a must for us and this is one of the very few places around here and orange

My boyfriend and I moved here from the dreaded Renaissance at Uptown Orange and we really like it. April and Michelle were flexible with us to get the apartment that we wanted. We have a corner unit by one of the entrance gates which means we do hear people who come in and out and we can hear everyone in the driveway from our bedroom windows but... The apartment is older and not perfect but for us it is all about the environment.. our neighbors are all great people, the apartment is bright and cheery! We had to have AC and washer and dryer hook ups which it has and we have 2 parking spaces which

Visited a friend who lives here. Finding the apartment homes at night is quite tricky. If you miss the light it is going to take you a while to get back (U-turns and all on Lincoln are a pain!). The homes are gated, and looked really nice! Lots of parking spaces and I really liked the layout of the apartments. Loved my friend's place, lots of space in the 2 bedroom apartments. All I can really say about this place!

I wish I didnt have to give them a star. Constant break ins with the cars, loud streets AND RATS. Seriously, not mice, but big, nasty rats. Not ONLY outside, but inside the aprtments. The lady under me had her bananas eaten through. The other lady under me had none because she had a cat! When pets aren't allowed! But management liked them so they allowed her to have the pets!
