Then on the way home from… our company outing the bus broke down on the interstate, unfortunately it broke down on a bridge so we couldn’t get out easily. Elton was great! The limo showed up well before - it was pristine! Elton was very friendly and trustworthy - he did an amazing job of taking care of my daughters 16th birthday. My experience was terrible from beginning to end with this company. 15 minutes into our hour and a half hour drive the bus lost all electricity. We had no A/C, music or lights. We were told by the driver that the only option was to wait and see if another bus was available and if one was they could go pick it up while we were at our Destiination so… that the ride back would be OK. The driver was very nice however the limo was trash. They stressed when booking about how because of COVID all these different rules and guidelines had to be followed aside from the regular rules but the car floor was filthy and the inside of the limo was real basic. The outside had a long scratch on the side where clearly an accident had occurred and the damage was not repaired. We used Heaven on Wheels to provide transportation for our wedding party! The party bus we rented was clean, had lots of room and was one of the best parts of the night! We packed our own cooler and played our own music and felt safe as we were driven from one destination to the other. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This was the most awful experience I have ever had period. Driver shows up on time, no ice, sodas or water and clearly It claims to have that with all hourly rentals. Transportation was fine until my daughters and their friends needed to be picked up and the bus was nowhere to be found for 30+ minutes. Driver ignored all our calls, never answer back. We had a good time, but was concerned when we were picked up and one of the headlights was out. We were going on the freeway at night and the safety of this was concerning. The temperature of it being either too hot or too cold was a constant issue.

BEWARE this is the most unprofessional, unreliable and unbelievable company we have ever contracted. My wife arranged - three weeks in advance, for our daughter's sweet sixteen birthday, a 2019 Chrysler 300 limo and paid additional for their Sweet Sixteen Birthday package. Unknown to us, Heaven on Wheels subcontracted to another company that sent a old "beat up" (photos attached) limo and without any sweet sixteen package and the driver had no idea about any such package. If this wasn't bad enough, the driver arrived late and proceeded to clean the limo in front of our house

The vehicle was nice and clean. It met all my expectations. It was the driver. Every time he changed lanes, passengers would bump in to each other. I was sitting and I dropped a very nice bottle of champagne. Several people had drinks spill on their clothes and not because we were drunk or acting stupid. The driver drove aggressive and needs training on how to progressively switch to another lane vs quickly and abruptly. My overall experience on a party bus was less than desirable because of this.

I rented the pink Escalade for my little girl's birthday party. The car was beautiful my driver was excellent very knowledgeable and he even showed up 15 minutes early. When I called in the book the car the staff was very nice made it easy and quick. They called me week before my reservation I spoke with Josh and he insured me that we were going to have a good time and that we did. I will continue to use this limo company. Hands down the best Fleet in Texas..
