This WOULD HAVE been a 4-5 star rating but not anymore. My husband and myself lived here for SEVEN YEARS. Not late on rent even once. We were friendly with the staff. When I fell pregnant we let them know we would be looking for a home to buy and we signed a shorter lease. When we found a home we actually paid an extra month rent before we left. We have been living happily in our home for almost 3 years!!! We JUST received a notice of debt from a collection agency on behalf of The Arbors stating that we owe them a random amount (it’s not even the equivalent of the rent we paid). We never heard

I been living here 3 yrs. They are ok ,The only thing is when other tenants don't respect you. I have dealt with a person hammarin. As soon of getting home, hammering would begin. Evev after being told by staff, it didn't matter. I had to sleep at 1:30 same time the hammering tenant would stop. We all pay rent and deserve peace,and quiet. We have to be considered of others, not be selfish. We all pay rent.

This place is horrible. The rent you sign on is not going to be what it is. We signed on $850 our rent is $973. Air conditioner keeps freezing. Drawers falling apart. Dome light in bathroom fell and shattered when we were showering. Now all this being said, you can’t get ahold of anyone. We tried everyday for weeks trying to make a pet deposit and not a single answer, but when we were going to give up our dog the front office lady was walking to the gas station talking on her phone while smoking a cigarette. Tell me how that is professional? It is very unprofessional here and I would highly discourage

I’ve lived here for 4 years now, great place. Quiet nice neighbors and love the office ladies. They are super sweet and funny. My only issue is with some one at apartments were stealing towels from people when they did laundry lol and then if package was put in wrong box they definitely weren’t honest and would keep it knowing it wasn’t theirs 😒 but the apartments itself is nice quiet and cozy.

Living here- Moved in 7/2017, still here. Wasn't looking for an apartment but at the time that is all that was available. Other, more updated apartments told me I was over their income bracket. I looked at many places and I chose this place because of Julianne (front office). She is kind, helpful and always returns calls if messages are left on the voicemail. Martha- equally as wonderful.
Maintenance- completed in a timely manner in my opinion and I also consider the urgency of the issue since they do have other apartments to maintain. Pest control comes every other week as stated.

We have lived here for 3 years and it's been a great experience. We live in the building where there was an issue with a tenant and what's important to know once management was made aware of the situation it was quickly resolved. The few small maintenance issues we've had were quickly repaired by a professional team and management is wonderful. Pools and grounds are always maintained and it's a community where my wife can take the kids swimming or for a walk at night without me having to worry

This is by far the best apartment my family has lived in! The community is generally friendly, quiet, and drama free. We love the monthly activities they have and the kids have fun at them. Management and staff are all so friendly and always take the time to talk to us when we stop in. Maintenance issues are always taken care of right away. We have never had any pest issues since living here, they have preventative pest control! Some apartments I've lived in had terrible roach problems and made me hate living there, so it is a huge relief knowing that they work hard to prevent it.

I stayed the night there with family. Do to me travelling. Right across the hall on apartment 1013 was horribly loud tonight. I swear everyone in that apartment was on drugs. There was 20 people coming in and out of the apartment. They were loud, Babies were screaming till 4am. I only seen only 4 people leave that apartment. I will never stay the night at my families there again. Cops were knocking on the door last night. It was awful. My folks that lived their said ever since that these 2 guys that drive the white nissan little pickup came. It hasnt been quiet since and its been going on for over

I just moved here about a month ago. The ease of the application process was nice. Julianne and Martha are very nice. The apartments are older( from the 80's) but maintained nicely. My apartment has new carpet, laminate, freshly painted, large bedroom. The place in general is very quiet! I have yet to hear any parties or loud music, yelling, the people I see are very nice.
