There is a major disconnect between the office staff and the residents. They rarely answer the phone at all during the day and it takes much longer than it should for maintenance requests to be answered. Parking is terrible everywhere except building 1, if you live in Buildings 2, 3 or 4... be prepared to walk. Police should have their own station in the complex since theyre here so often. The apartments are actually beautiful but half of the people here could care less about anyone but themselves-- both office staff and the residents...It's sad

Hands down the best experience getting an apartment ever!! Kayla was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all of my many questions and always returned calls in a timely manner. The apartments themselves are beautiful and the grounds are very well kept. I recommend these apartments to everyone I know and enjoy living here very much!

First and foremost, these are really nice apartments. The are very spacious and the complex is small which is a big deal for me. Due to location I believe these units are overpriced. If you know anything about Crowley, you know there is not much to do. I would not recommend this location for a few reasons. There is a train a couple of miles away from the property that literally runs every few hours, which can be an inconvenience in the middle of the night when you are trying to rest. Second, the crew that built this place literally rushed and I have had quite a few issues, from my structure slightly

So I contacted them and asked when they would be accepting applications, and Kayla told me they had to wait for the construction process to be near completion. Kayla called me to let me know the day applications were being accepted and asked me to please bring my financial information, and other documents. Palladium Crowley is an affordable complex

Kayla is one of the most patient, understanding, caring, and generous people I know. She has put up with me calling every other day about the apartment. Everything she told me that would happen, happened exactly like she said. She kept me updated and there was never a time that I was confused or had a question about something. She has great customer service and always keeps a smile on her face. The process was easy short and sweet and to the point. Well to start off I was told by a friend to check the apartments out because they were new and it’s close to school and work. I walked in and the Leasing Manager Kayla said absolutely nothing to me not even hello, I waited for about 15-20 minutes and once we sat down she didn’t ask my name or get to know my wants and needs. She just started with my financial background, asking me how much I made and that’s it. I liked the apartment and wanted to see inside but I guess they stop showing at different times. I liked the apartments from the pictures, I did not want to go back and tour because

I have zero complaints and if i had to complain about something it would just be how long the process was, but its a new apartment complex and they have so many people going in and out i had no problem with waiting because they kept in contact and made sure to keep me updated on what's going on. Kayla was super welcoming from start to finish. Overall 10/10.

Palladium Crowley apartment is a beautiful complex. Brand new complex and I love it already. It was well worth the wait! It did take a while to get moved in put I can say that’ people should trust the process and be patient the ladies in the office are super warm and helpful. They call and make sure that you stay updated with your status very well. I have moved in and referred more people to come the units are soooo spacious that I was amazed.
