Community is peaceful. The manager is a very rude female. She talks to people like they are trash. Talking to her is beyond ridiculous. I truly regret signing my lease. The last conversation I had with her was the breaking point. I refuse to be talked to in such a rude manner. I DO NOT recommend this place unless you like being talk to in a hateful manner. Will not be renewing my lease unless there is new management.

Me and my boyfriend love living here. It is comfortable and quiet other than the trains that go by, but you get used to it pretty quick. Any issues or concerns that we have had have always been addressed and fixed. I would reccomend living here and I hope everyone else has the same experience as us here. To the office, thank you for always being understanding and on stand by for when we need help with something. Marcella, thank you for showing concern for my pup. Thanks for letting us make this place home.

Since new ownership they rip off tenants. We lived there 5.5 years,moved out in February this year,gave a 30 day notice,moved 10 days earlier than estimated move out date,cleaned the apartment,and got ripped off on our security deposit,they charged us for blinds they never replaced before we moved in,we did not get new(newer)fridge,oven or dishwasher,and god forbid contact paper we put down to preserve the counter tops, new owners are greedy and are penalising tenants who move and do the right thing,my advive think long and hard before you sign on the dotted line and be prepared to have free loading

Management only cares about the little click . Pools only open from labeled Labor Day the Memorial Day. When you write your little list of what's wrong with the place when you get there nothing is ever done about it. Oh and they don't tell you about the $50 increase every 6 months on your rent payments

It's is a great place to live but they let just about anyone in. They don't give you a walk through cause they know you'll see the roaches. Reasonable rent and great deposit. The people that didn't like this place are probably the bad ones. But it all started with the management letting in those kind of people. Great place to live and unless you stay spice and span than yeah you'll have roaches. This place is infested. So someone's going to have it. G lad I live upstairs from a drunk who is trashy cause that's where all this breezeway roaches went.
