Management and staff are useless. When I moved in, they rushed me through signing my lease, tried to get me to sign a lease that was much more than what they quoted me. The apartment was disgusting when I moved in. There was candy stuck the the floor, everything in the kitchen was sticky, leaky stinky kitchen drain, nothing had been dusted, I can tell you the person that lived there before me had a dark color long haired dog because the hair was everywhere, there were stains all over the carpets. When I brought it to their attention I was told that I should have looked at new construction properties

Poorly managed, management will talk bad about you to other tenants, they will make up fines, lie to you about what they offer, enter your apartment when you’re not home without your knowledge and leave it unlocked, look very closely at this property reviews before moving here, look at the dog park and the broken gate, the front security gates have always been broken since I moved here, take a look at the trash always piled up around back, look at the city of Burleson’s site to see how many inspections they have failed. You will always get poor excuses from them, I’ve had rats on my patio

The only thing the place has going for it is the staff "tries" to help. Other than that, the gates are always broken, they switch online sites 4 times a year. To top it off they never intend to give back your deposit. They charge a $250ish cleaning fee if the requirements are not met. The requirements to receive your deposit is as tedious as wiping dust from the ceiling trim as well as replacing all light bulbs. If anything is not done it is kept. They take advantage. Thats about it. Think about it.

This place is great and would have a better rating but they have one of the rudest ladies in the front office, she has ruined this complex for me. Has not helped any issues I’ve called about. You can tell she’s there for the job and not the residents. You’ll know who I’m talking about if and when you meet her

I so wish we had a 0 star rating. The apartment quality for the price is not worth it at all. The office staff has 0 communication between each other who is seated right next to each other. Robert will tell you one thing and I promise 5 mins later Zoe will call you and have no clue of the convo between you and Robert. They will take any and all persons word to heart if your not home and NEVER ask your side of the story. This is my first apt experience and I pray in others are not like this. Honestly the worst 4 months of my life living here. They will also just walk in on you at anytime they want
