One star because I repeatedly told the woman who did my nails NOT to put a nail tip on my toe specifically because it would rip off my nail bed and is KNOWN for ripping off nails bed when on toes. Which she should already know as the nail tech. Anyways the very next day after I got my toes done while dancing I dropped into a split and my entire nail bed ripped off but the acrylic was still stuck on my toe and I’m just now being able to take off the fake nail along with my damaged one after a good 2-3 weeks. Hopefully my toenail grows back. Also THEY DONT offer refunds the woman I called on the

Grateful they took me in as a walk in, but $50 for a fill and then a $5 tip so $55 total, I would expect better and better quality. Not impressed at all with my nails and will not be coming back unfortunately. Nails looks horrible. Wish I hadn’t tipped :-/ that’s on me. Ended up taking off the flowers as I wanted fall and not 60s flowers and changing my color as soon as I got home. Paint job was lumpy and nails were cut shorter than I had wanted. Not a great first experience.

I visited this salon about two weeks ago to get a manicure. I had a simple design in mind and the woman doing my nails assured me that acrylic nails would be the best option for what I wanted. When finishing my nails, the nail tech applied a top coat of polish that caused my design to fade a bit. When i mentioned this to her, she gladly fixed it but when i asked her to do the same thing with another nail on the opposite hand, she said that she wouldn’t be able to. You see the nail salon responded to other bad reviews after mine and not my review- they do not care. Do not use this nail shop.... lets treat everyone fairly.
Also, 9 out of 10 fingers are chipped.... $40 dollars gone to waste.

I won’t be trying Inspire Nail Bar again. My whole service was rushed, and they use cheap nail polish. I paid extra for a spa pedicure instead of the regular one and it was not worth it. The spa portion (scrub/massage) was about 2 minutes total. I was so mad I paid extra for that. The pedicure came out fine. The manicure was terrible. My manicurist didn’t soak my hands. She rushed through it and didn’t properly file my nails. She actually ruined my perfectly healthy nails during the smoothing process. She kept missing parts of my nail that I had to point out to her to paint correctly. She

I had a frustrating day and stopped by on a whim to get a pedicure on my way home. John was my nail tech and he took the time to give me a lovely massage in addition to my pedicure. The color options were good and he did a great job overall. He took the time to make conversation without it distracting from the service. The only issue that I had was a bit of uneven coverage re: the opaqueness of the gel color on a few of my nails. It can be a bit tricky to get full, even coverage with thin glitters and I think it would have been better with three coats to ensure evenness. I mentioned it to the receptionist

You get to the place and not only is it very pretty and elegant, but it is also very clean. The check-in process is fairly simple and your technician will come fetch you.
