I now know why this company will ONLY Cover the Schickedanz building for only 2 years!
Because this Bonded Builders Know that the Schickedanz Builders are a very big RISK!
Seems that because they use cheap labor and/or their sun-contractors use illegals to do the work. Schickedanz started 100 units in 2010! They are still building & still now fixing all of the LEAKS and/or Repairs!!!
Know wonder why Bonded Builders Will not Cover them longer than 2 years!!! Seems after that it would cost Bonded Builders a whole lot of money!!!!!!
Maybe Bonded Builders need to come down & talk to the pissed
