Hi Neighbor, I am your downtown St. Pete State Farm(R) agent and I could not be happier to serve the Saint Petersburg/Tampa Bay Area for all of your insurance needs. I am not new to insurance, I began in the insurance business with State Farm(R) in 2009 and I opened my first State Farm(R) agency in Atlanta, Georgia in 2011.
I served the community there for 5 years before becoming a leader where I coached and trained agents to be the most knowledgeable for their customers. I missed taking care of customers directly so much that I decided to move to St. Petersburg to serve again. I am not a stranger to serving, I served in the U.S. Army as a soldier for 8 years, then returned to assist the mission as an Arabic linguist for several more years.

I've cancelled my policies 1.5 months ago. You've given me proof of that, yet, you keep calling me for payment! I also changed auto insurance companies since you charge too much. I also tried to get different quotes from your staff for different amounts of coverage since I paid off my car and I am not legally bound to carry full coverage. Your staff refused to give me quotes other than to remove comp and collision. I am not legally bound to carry renter's insurance. Therefore, stop your harassment immediately!

Long story short: Mimi and her team are ROCKSTARS.
I turned 30 this past year but for the last eight years have been living and working on college campuses as a residence hall (or dorm) director. I finally moved into a rented space this past year and when looking for renters insurance, found Mimi as a local insurance agent. I can't say enough wonderful things about her and her team. They were patient, kind, personable, and answered all of my questions without zero judgement. I loved their high quality of customer service so much that I decided to switch my auto insurance over to them as well.
