I thought I was over paying for my current auto insurance so I figured I’d look up a broker and save time to see if they can beat my current rate. I stumbled upon Rick LLEWELLYN Insurance services. Right from the start he was very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. He asked some basic questions and then went to work for me. He was upfront during our call about my current rate and that it will be hard to beat. I asked him to look anyways. Unfortunately, he was right and my current rate was the best We could do without paying the whole amount upfront. I respect his hard work and honest approach

I was in quick need of proof of insurance for my lender. I couldn't get hold of my previous agent and was down to 3 business days or my bank would put insurance on my home at whatever price. I did online research and found Llewellyn Ins. I was impressed with reviews I saw, so I gave them a call. Long and short, I called and spoke to Todd on a late Friday afternoon. I had a new policy with more coverage and less than what I previously paid, by the following Tuesday. Turns out my previous agent had me with the wrong insurance company and didn't take into consideration cost saving things like my alarm

The service was beyond anything we expected. Todd solved our problems with our past insurance so quickly and attentively--and with the best prices--we're so grateful. He was there to answer every question right away and meet all the deadlines. It's really strange to read all of the good reviews on this site as I could not get Todd to call me back even after I had paid for homeowners insurance. They neglected to send in my pictures and wind mitigation forms resulting in a higher prices. Which, he swore, would be refunded by the insurance company the following year of my premiums because they are not allowed to keep overpayments of insurance. Never did see that $600 and never could get any return calls. Todd never did what he said he was going to do and ultimately I had to go with a different insurance agent instead of renewing with them

Over the past two weeks I have researched numerous Insurance Companies in my quest for insurance to fit my needs. I have identified a number of variables that appear to contribute to my finding that ideal fit. These variables are threefold in that they (1) describe the characteristics and performance of those who represent the company (2) variables that describe reviews of the company itself and (3) variables that describe the performance of the service staff behind the company. This is a great company. They provide insurance for our business, special events, and investment properties. Insurance is complicated and can be a big part of a business expense. We count on them to give us good information and help us make decicisions about coverage and cost. They're more than an insurance brokerage; they're more like having a private insurance consultant on your side. Over the next few months, we plan to shift our entire portfolio to Llewellan.

We have Jim Klemawesch as our insurance agent for all our commercial properties. Jim has provided not only excellent and professional service, but also personal care. He always try to advise the best insurance alternatives and coverage for the needs of each individual property.
Last time, when there was a claim against my shopping plaza while we were travelling out of country, he personally coordinated and handled the claim for us. He goes this extra mile in helping us had relieved a great burden due to the complicated legal situation.
