I've had many property managers over the years, especially when owning properties outside of my residing state. With professional services my rule is simple; if they are not performing to your expectation, try someone else.

Love these guys!! Amazing property management experience for me. They gave me very high quality service and handled any issues before I even needed to get involved. Definitely gave me peace of mind. Not to mention they have very fast response times. Highly recommend this company, will definitely be working with them in the future.

This place doesnt even deserve a star. I go through these guys from pine river mn apartments and the on site manager they chose is very rude. I have two lease violations for the same thing and i told her i was working on it. I am a single mother and she said she don't care about me or my family. She threatened that she will make sure i will never have another apartment as well. She swears at you and she slammed the door in my face. I have no cold water in my shower and two burnt out lights. They haven't done anything to fix it yet. Ive been here for 3 months and still not fixed. I called cepco

There has been some serious endangerment to tenants and property at the Dubliner location that has gone without resolve for a very long period of time ( 10-12 months) . 1 tenant has repeatedly broke lease conditions and allowed persons on this property that have put all other tenants in danger. The lack of professionalism in addressing this has been less than adequate. They need to keep tenants safe and resolve this issue. Numerous complaints have been submitted with management & the police regarding the safety of the tenants and property damage. Cepco has not taken matters seriously and they have
