Fantasy Cakes started over 15 years ago as a home based cake business in Long Beach, CA. Jovita, aka Jo was a stay at home mom who caught an interest in cake design and baking while raising her three young girls. Jo developed her knowledge in cake decorating by training with cake design gurus Debbie Brown, Chef Nelly Lagunas, and Caljava International.
Her passion, hard work ethic and eagerness got her home based business to take off and succeed for many years. With the help of family and friends her dreams of opening up her retail cake shop was realized in 2017. As you can see this establishment uses the freshest milk, and also makes the biggest breads and cakes. They are so xlnt that you just want to nibble on them throughout the day. Morning and noon and night. Don't forget your milk. Just like when you were a baby and your mother fed you her breast milk. This milk is even more delicious.

Fantasy cake bakery has made two of our family’s cakes in the past 12 months and they have been absolutely delicious and gorgeous each time! I am a huge cake fanatic (it’s got to look and taste good!) and FCB really takes the cake in both 😉 We will definitely continue to use them for all of our birthday cake needs!

I emailed them via their website to inquire about some desserts I wanted them to make . I emailed them at the end of May & my event is the last week of June. I did receive an email confirmation that my email was received but that was it. I called 2 days later 5/29 and they let me know they would get back to me within 1 to 2 days. 6/3 I called multiple times and no one ever picked up. I must of called over 5 times throughout the day. I know for custom orders you have to order in advance and I wanted to see if they would be able to complete my order. It is now 6/8 & have not received an email or

I got the cake from the bakery in perfect condition but then due to transportation issues and the type of cake I had ordered it had air pockets in them. Called the bakery and sent them a picture. Jovie the cake decorator told me no problem I’ll be there in an hour. She came on time with her tools and I had my extra decors to hide some imperfections. And It all worked out great! Very good customer service. Cupcakes were delicious too! Got many compliments with my cake. Thanks Jovie for being so kind.

I got many compliments on the cake for my birthday, I got a marble cake, whip cream frosting with fresh strawberries as filling. It was a 2 layer cake, they did an excellent job on adding the fresh roses, baby breath, and greenery. My guest said it was moist, not too sweet frosting and delicious. My event started at 11 am, the cake arrived at almost 11:30, but I can understand there's delays sometimes because it arrived in perfect condition and looked better than I had expected. My event was right across the street at The Mayne Events Center and my cake cutting was at 1:15pm

I really enjoy this little bakery. They seem to have a good selection on cupcakes mostly, but there are some puff pastries and macaroons as well. They're still fairly new, so I'm hoping they get a few more added items in. They have espresso drinks as well, but they're a bit smaller than normal size and a bit pricier too.

Really great place. There pastries are delicious and we'll priced. Not to expensive, Starbucks is more expensive.All I can say is where have you been al my life Aztec Mocha?!?! The Aztec gods would approve Today I tried the Blueberry Muffin, Nutella croissant, Oreo cupcake and cream cheese berry pastry. Everything was delicious! I already put in my wedding cake order, I can't wait to taste it! Great job Fantasy cakes!
