Obra means creation, in this specific case, food art work, the new menu is being design by the Chef Cesar. AMAZING FOOD! Get 1.000 empanada's and it will not be enough. I seriously can't believe I have lived my life without Cesar's Bistro and their to die for food. You will see me here at least once a week.
