The past few years I was

I first went to the Fat Loss Coach to lose a few pounds and to tone up. His plan is very scientific and it is personalized for you and your body.
After being on coach's nutritional plan for 3 weeks, I have never been so excited with my results in such a short period of time. In only three weeks I have, not only, lost about 6.5 lbs, I also reduced my body fat percentage from 30% to 24%! Coach then took the time to re-evaluate my plan and made some adjustments in order to regulate the process. I cannot wait to continue to see what more progress we can do! I'm so sorry I didn't look for reviews on this "Christian minister fat loss coach" before shelling out $600 for his program. If I had, I'd still have that money in my wallet.

I wanted to like him, but I got bad vibes from him right from the start. He is very "my way or the highway," which is fine, but he is also cruel and verbally abusive, which I will get to in a moment.

First of all, his "tailored to you" program is more like a "paint by numbers" deal. He takes your stats, plugs them in, factors in a few things like food allergies or

I have tried many weight loss programs over the years and I have to say that this one really works. It is a simple program, eat healthy foods that you buy at the grocery store, and eat at certain times and in the right amounts. The foods are centered on lean proteins, whole grains, fruits and veggies- all of the things we know we should eat. If you follow his program you will lose weight but also you will feel so much better and have so much more energy. He helps you change your mindset so that you want these foods and don't want to eat unhealthy foods. You won't feel like you are

I started this program last August and it has Definitely worked for me- Coach devised a plan for ME and after that it was about how much I believed I could do it...I learned so much about how the body processes food and I can honestly say I have never been hungry and eat four meals a day- its about discipline and desire to be your best self. Many friends have had the same positive results with their own personalized plans with coach- it's real wholesome foods and many options to fit your tastes. I lost 17 lbs and lost more than that in fat... thanks Coach- I'm a huge fan- and still going

My plan to lose weight has turned into so much more! I met with Coach in August of 2016 to get a handle on my eating habits and lose some weight, but little did I know, I would lose my stomach pains and intestinal issues that really were debilitating on a daily basis. After starting the program September 1st, I have since not only lost 27 pounds, but I have lost all stomach aches, pains and bloat. Charlie has taught me portion control and that choosing the quality of the foods I eat truly matter. I eat like he says...the right foods, at the right times and in the right portions. I'm eating

I wish I had read Laura's review before shelling out $500 to this guy. What a piece of work he is. He claims that he will build a food program using only foods that you like and that as long as you follow the program, you will lose weight. And, yes, he is correct ... you WILL lose weight. But first you will pay him $500 (with no contract spelling out what you get). Then he will go through a list of questions to determine which foods you like. A week later, he will bring you back and hand you your food program. Mine had 3 foods on it that I do not like ... when I reminded him that I
