I love Vital Nutrients products. However, it's very hard to figure out the status of your order. It's been 6 days since I placed an order with them. When I go to "my orders" on the website, the tracking number doesn't work and the amount charged hasn't been deducted from my account; which makes me think they haven't even shipped it yet, even though the order is marked complete. It's very frustrating.

I thought it said there was free shipping and when I was charged I went back and some how I ordered again. So now I have 2 orders and have to pay for shipping twice.
I trust the vitamins because I use to buy them from my Doctor's office.
