As we all know bikes are hard to find at this time. I had been searching on the Trek website and through there I found the E’monda sl6 etap on West Michigan bike and fitness website, I called to confirm they did have the size I was looking for they did and I put a refundable deposit on the bike over the phone to hold till I could get there to check it out. A week later. All the staff was very helpful and curteous. If I didn’t live on the East side of Michigan they would be my go to bike shop.

WMI Bike helped me shop for my first road bike - the Trek Domane AL 3 disc. When a fulfillment delay occurred from the manufacturer (Trek), they helped me find a comparable bike that was coming in sooner, and they allocated that bike for me. I ended up with a better bike - the Domane AL 4 Disc - a month sooner than I would have gotten the original. The service was great all the way from shopping for months for the right bike, to buying shoes, to test riding the bike in the parking lot. They even include a free 1 year tune up of my new bike.
