Harbour Place is a smaller building, making it easier to catch an elevator with less or no wait. Smaller buildings are much less crowded. We all love pools and our pool is a swim-thru from outside to the inside or vise-versa making it fun and unique. Harbour Place Condominiums are convenient, fun, and secure.
The condo building has been taken very good care of, just recently our building had a fresh new exterior paint job and all windows were replaced with the latest and greatest beachfront window technology. In 2018 our internet was upgraded to the newest and fast fiber optics, this makes streaming on all devices fast.

We stayed in Unit #111.
Pros:
Incredible access to the beach
3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

Right by stairs and elevator
Mostly updated unit
Cons:
-Dryer did not work and we called several times. We got cited for violations with the city because we hung out towels on balcony to dry. We washed our towels before we knew the dryer didn't work.
-master bedroom bed was dirty upon arrival
-hallway to the unit was very old and dirty.

We are currently staying in unit #506 at Harbour Place. Upon arrival, the master bathroom bed sheets were dirty and a used toothpick was on the floor beside the bed. Maintenance had to come replace the door handle so we could have access to the patio. The 2nd bedroom tv does not work at all and the door to the bedroom will not close all the way. The 2nd bathroom has a brown smeared substance on the vanity beside the toilet and the vanity is horribly cracked. The furniture in the 2nd bedroom is in need of sanding and repainting and is missing 2 drawer knobs. In the kitchen, the dishwasher was full

Stayed in unit 506. The realty group that owns the condo we stayed in was great. Checking in and out was super easy. You use a code on the door so there is no need to pick keys up at another location. The building was older but the pool and grill area was great and well maintained. The location is right on the beach and close to so many great restaurants. The unit itself was less than to be desired. The dishwasher was broken. Very cramped in the second bedroom with bunk bed that seemed to be an after thought. The top bunk is almost directly under the ceiling fan. Had to be very careful when up

We stayed for a week, and couldn't have asked for a better location! Close enough to the hustle and bustle to get there in a few minutes, but far enough to have a relaxing trip without the crowds. Room 409 was clean and the rooms were well laid out. Not a lot of space for groceries if you are planning to cook, but we moved things around and made do. We had a side room, but the view was still incredible.

The buildings is a little older and probably could use a couple updates throughout but other than that it's rather clean the hallways have a rather different decent. The pool is an indoor outdoor pool which is really cool to swim in and out of, the hot tub feels great. The view is amazing the beach is fun. The people here are friendly. Overall a great trip would definitely come back!

Run don't walk away from this rental. From the moment we walked in it smelled musty and moldy. The floor was so dirty and gritty. There were food crumbs on the floor. Refrigerator did not work. Had to call maintenance to come and defrost it. Dropped an ice cube on the floor in the kitchen and when I wiped it up the paper towel was black. Both bathrooms were full of mold with dirty shower curtains. Furniture was dirty and spotted. Walls are dirty, paint is scuffed. It is just almost impossible to describe how dirty this unit it. And then to top off a bad experience we had bed bugs! The property

Stayed here with a family of four plus MIL. We opted for a two bedroom with a bunk bed. The master had a king size bed which was quite comfy and a walk in shower. The second bedroom was a little crammed with a queen size bed and bunk beds but worked out fine. The other bathroom was a bit smaller than the master bath which was strange considering that it also opened to the living room. The condo was spacious enough and the balcony was surprisingly roomy. Our biggest gripe was the two elevators were super slow and had a bit of a sour smell due to wet flooring. The dryer in the condo was not working

This condo is not the best condo I've ever stayed at, but still nice. The kids loved the connected indoor/outdoor saltwater swimming pool. The only complaints I have are the two elevators stink (like too many people stood on the rugs with wet feet & they are now soured). Our condo was on the 1st floor above the parking deck so we always chose to take the stairs due to the stench, which didn't smell that much better. However, I would stay here again. So I give it 4 stars.
