Do I need an appointment? Do you take walk-ins? No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to make sure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one half hour prior to closing if you would like to tour the property.

I’m changing my review, the management here is awful. The office workers have no integrity to answer the phone while they’re at their desk (I’ve called while watching through their office window). Don’t expect them to tell the truth either, the hot water was out for nearly 2 weeks in my apartment and after calling day after day they continued to lie and say, “it will be fixed by noon”. After the water comes on I received an email about being compensated for their terrible management and poor service, I haven’t received any type of compensation. The gym has had almost all equipment

Valerie is such a positive, pleasant, sweet person to work with. She offered to help me with anything computer related to make my rent payments easier. Anytime I needed something worked on or didn't know how to work something she was always quick to assist. I am an older lady. Jericho was the most respectful maintenance person also. I have really enjoyed living at Hunter’s Way for the past two years. The neighborhood feels safe and the location is really convenient. The price is great for what you get and their response time for maintenance requests is one of the best I’ve seen after living at a couple other places in town. Valerie made the whole application process super easy and convenient and she is always helpful with anything I ever need.

I loved living here at hunters way the past 8 years!
Shelbie is always very nice an always so easy to talk to and always ask about my day. Taylor is always very nice and patient. Valarie is always helpful about any of my rent issues. Deann is always willing to talk to me about anything and the maintenance staff is always prompt and efficient. Each of them are amazing in there own way!
