Pros; Wood floor, high ceiling and relatively close to the medical area. Oh nice pool, but unless that's so important for you don't let it be the focus. And check some of the cons here...
The most inconvenient parking situation and regulations; limited parking spots, no clear parking lines, the garage doors accessing the building frequently get broken and it take months to fix. Predatory toeing; my car was toed, hazards lights on, within 30 minutes waiting, from the front of my building 10/13/21, it took them 20 minutes to reach the toeing company, they contracted with, on phone, meanwhile it

I knew I wanted to live here the first day I came and was shown around by this magical ray of sunshine named Kristen! While giving me the tour she made me feel like I was already at home! The amenities are better than most of the other places I looked at and the community is even better. Everyone is very friendly and you will definitely love it here!

I have lived at the District for 4 years and have seen quite a few changes in the property management team. For the first few years the team was very friendly and welcoming- leading me to continue to renew my lease. The property has gotten progressively worse over the last year. The current property manager is rude, combative when spoken to, and non responsive to emails. Moreover, the complex has seen a rash of car break ins and have failed to take these threats serious. I have decided to leave the property due to these negative interactions I have had. Overall this is quite a shame because a poor

I love this apartment complex! Office staff are great and I enjoyed my times here. Sometimes packages take a little while, but that’s understandable because of the high volume of deliveries. They have a nice dog park in the corner. Would recommend installing a water fountain for the doggos with this Texas heat. They have catered events to help residents socialize and just chill. Side doors are meant to be closed unless there is a key fob for security. I miss y’all! Take care!

Only giving it 2 stars because of the POOL. Whoever was cleaning it in the beginning of the year was doing an amazing job, but now it’s always dirty! It’s been like that for the past couple months and I do see someone cleaning it on Monday’s, but when I go it looks very dirty. This is a very nice complex I think it should always look crystal clear.

I recently moved into this facility and I have had nothing but great things to say. Its in the perfect location, the amenities are top tier nd the customer service from Kristen is worth of 10 stars. Krystle is the sweetest woman always is very professional and treats everyone with nothing but respect and last but not least Serina is beyond helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. I've had the pleasure of speaking with everyone working here and nothing but positive

We lived at the District for 2 years and loved it. The office staff was so friendly and we never had any problems with the neighbors. Everyone kept to themselves and mind their own business. The gym is good size, beautiful swimming pool and enough parking for everyone. Maintenance was fast and reliable always took care of our issues. Our fur babies loved the balcony. And the price we paid for a 2 bedroom 2 bath was very cheap we got it at a really good deal.

I will give my honest and detailed review so pardon me for the long post. My husband and I have moved last month from Japan. With the extremely high customer service level that we got used to while we were there, i would say that the District is a nice place! I checked on couple of places before deciding to visit the District. We got an appointment very easily and the tour was comprehensive with all our questions/concerns being answered. We asked to check the apartment that we will move to in advance and i recognized couple of things that needed to be fixed or cleaned and that is what they did

Dedicated staff does all they can to take care of you. I moved half way across the country and chose this place because newer building, close to major bus station, safe feeling. Very nice pool does not smell like chlorine. Communal lounge free high quality coffee machine. Sky lounge is right above my unit, good for kicking back and watching sun set. So far so good. I look forward to coming home each night, don't regret moving here.
