I recently applied at the Ravines of Plymouth. I spoke with James Spearman. I had a great experience from beginning to the end. Needless to say I’m a future resident and I will be moving in next month. James made me feel really confident and comfortable about my move. He answered every question I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Thank you for everything. BTW all I’m missing is a pool.

The Ravines got new owners in 2020 and they have been awesome! Fast to make repairs and response to questions. I loved the community - everyone was really nice and it was totally dog friendly too. Units have all the amenities you would ask for - garage, dishwasher, granite, walk-in closet, hardwood floors in the kitchen, and balconies. They are designed well so you don't hear your neighbors either. I really loved living there and I think you will too!

My wife and I lived here over the past 2 years and although you will get some straight forward "no sugar coated" emails, we loved living in this community. Danny does an amazing job responding to service requests and fixing the actual problem. The location is also unbeatable as it is 1 mile from downtown Plymouth. The sunsets in front of the fountain are beautifully aesthetic and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We would have lived there another 2 years had we not had to move due to work. To top it all off, we got almost all of our security deposit back when we moved out. We will miss our

While I don't know Danny, I don't blame him for the letter that he sent to tenants with dogs. No one should have to tolerate stepping in, or looking at dog feces. Danny should not have to pick up after other people and their dog's droppings. I think that it's great that Danny stepped up and let people know the consequences to not picking up after their dog. Way to go, Danny!
