Plymouth Heritage Apartments

This place is the worst complex I have ever encountered. I had to shovel their snow after days of not getting snow removal. Dealing with anyone there is a pain. I was hung up on by their maintenance worker after I complained about the snow. So even with my health concerns, I shoveled the snow so my elderly mother wasn't trapped in her apartment. I feel bad for anyone who still lives here.

I went in for a tour and the manager attempted to get me to sign a lease without letting me tour any of the apartments - even though there were signs in front that said "Self-Guided Tours Available." Incredibly rude, disrespectful, and pushy. While the apartments seem nice, I will not be renting from a landlord like that.

Maintenance never comes and fixes any of the requests I've put in. Any time I've put one in I've figured it out myself before they've even decided to show up. I've sent emails, put in requests. Tried to leave voice-mails but the voice-mail box for maintenance is full.. My fridge went out over a month ago. Had to throw away at least 200 dollars worth of food if not more. I am pregnant so it's even more inconvenient not being able to have fresh foods in my apartment. The fridge is not the only issue, there are countless problems with the apartment that are inconvenient and also hazardous to not only

After getting in contact with the owner, every single issue i had was resolved.

Things have changed. It's not worth the price.

I have to agree with Chris. Only reason I'll say 4 is because it is an older complex but I've been here two years now and really like it. The apartments are older so things can break but I've never had any major problems. The pool is always clean, the grass kept trimmed and they've redone broken steps, and cement areas as well as keeping the snow plowed. The location is super convenient.

While living here, you have to practically beg maintenance to fix ANYTHING in your apartment. They do not take care of the buildings, which leads to holes from the outside in, specifically around the windows. The outer doors are almost always broken, leading them to be unlocked the majority of the time. There is one A.C unit in the living room window which is unable to cool the entire room, let alone the entire apartment. Sometimes the windows will leak from heavy rainfall, and again, you will have to put in multiple maintenance requests to get anyone to come help. Good luck getting the public

Small apartments, minimal storage, maintenance takes forever to fix things, the ac unit is a small wall unit that does not reach the bedroom. The common areas in the buildings always smell and they're never cleaned. Definitely not worth the price. Being in Plymouth is the ONLY upside to these apartments.

I have lived here for 2 years now. I've loved every minute of it. They are older buildings, so sometimes things break down, but called maintenance and they are fixed right away. Walking distance to downtown, which is amazing. Have never had any problems with the manager, in fact, he has always been nice and answered any question I have had. Would highly recommend.

This is by far the worst apartment living experience I've ever had. If I could give it zero stars I would.
The price isn't bad considering the location but having to deal with the deplorable management isn't worth it. The facility is old and poorly maintained so things are constantly breaking. We waited for months for them to replace our bedroom window due to a broken seal. A day later the glass broke because it was installed improperly. Before we ever moved in until after we left (early) the exterior security door was broken. Anyone could have walked in off the street right up to the flimsy apartment
