For almost 15 years we stayed at Pilgrims Village , we felt secured and safe with guidance and supervision of Mr and Mrs Smothers. Just like today, early in the morning we had an issue with the water system maintenance immediately address the problem and replaced with a new one.
Maintenance are very professional and very respectful. Aside from attentive staff, Ms Caroline is always eager to help and assist without discriminating us. I cannot find enough words to thank the maintenance team ( malek and joe) they came and they changed the hot water heater for my mom who has health problems sadly. As soon as I met them a day before and I told them I have a problem with the hot water tank, Malek said right away ( I will be there right now) then after he seen it, he told me this job will be done by tomorrow at 9:00am I will come knock on your door and do it first thing in the morning and that’s what happened the next day! I texted him at 8:30 am and I asked him, if he was still coming at 9:00 cause my mom has to go through nursing

Please do not rent an apartment at this complex. I had several problems with them from day one. Horrible administration. I had problem with my carpet, dryer, leak, door and windows insulation. In the winter time if you don’t use the water from the kitchen’s sink, it freezes and if you are expecting to relax after a busy day at work, you cant because the furnace is inside of the apartment and its extremely loud. I travel a lot for work and in the winter time my energy bill is $90. Old buildings, so if you are on the first floor like me, you can hear everything that the neighbor does. Walking

I love it here at Pilgrim Village Apartments! I moved in a few days ago, and the staff here have all been VERY kind and helpful, and the apartment is perfect, everything works great, and looks great. The neighbors have been friendly, and the maintenance team was quick to hook up my dryer on the first day. My experience has been wonderful! Great, great place to live!
