I had a bad experience with Courtney Herring. She completely lied to me and she chose to ignore my phone calls. Before I placed the order I made sure she understands that I needed the Stairmaster before Christmas and she did tell me it will happen. I gave her my credit card and That was that. I bought a CRS800S Spirit Recumbent Exercise Bike in late November. It took a while to get the delivery squared away, but Studiocycles customer specialist, Miriam, really stepped up. Miscommunication with the freight company? Miriam quickly got things back on track. She set up the installation with the logistics company and was available through the entire process. Overall, I would have given them 3 stars because of the delivery issues. But Miriam's help and dedication to her customers brought it back to 5 stars.

Had the treadmill for a few months now and simply love it. Easy controls, sturdy and comfortable to run or walk on. My favorite part is the Phillips 4.0 treadmill has a decline feature in addition to an incline. I don't think there is another treadmill like it. Perfect and versal. Highly recommend.

I tried to buy a Keiser m3i stationary bike but got an email after I purchased it that it would not be available for 30 days. I tried to call to cancel the order but it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with anyone at this company. All calls go to voicemail and all emails go into a black hole. There seems to only be one person, Mariam, working there and she is reportedly too overworked to return your calls in a timely manner. Every single exchange has about a 48hr+ turnaround time on their part. When I finally got through

The bike is great but the customer service was lacking. Emailed customer service about a missing item and never received a response. I had also texted the salesman I bought the bike from. Days later he responded. They wanted my money, got it and ignored calls/text messages/emails. I love the bike but if I had a chance to buy from another company, I would have.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is very shady and one not to do business with. After purchasing 2 treadmills for over $25,000, we had nothing but a horrible experience from attempted deliveries to obtaining a refund for the products which were never delivered. We ordered white glove delivery, provided all details about our entry, pathways and room to which the 2 treadmills needed to be brought into our large home. On the first delivery attempt, which was well past the promised 28 business day delivery window, the 2 drivers dropped both machines and damaged them. So Total Body

Looks like I gave them a loan - they will be responsive in the beginning to get your money - but turned into a ghost once they got my $12,000.00.!!! I just purchased the Stages SC 2 bike and i love it!
I am a petite woman and this is the first bike I've found that is so adjustable that it fits both me - at 5'2" 103 lbs and my husband - at 5'11" 160 lbs
It is sturdy and solid. It's the studio bike they use for Les Mills classes and I even saw it being used by a soccer player in the second season of Ted Lasso. Shifting between easy, medium and hard tensions is easy with the large knob and the shifter.

They delivered me a useless $2,500 metal junk that I cant use. The service department ignores me. I have to email the salesperson and the salesperson has to elevate it to a manager for them to give me a response. and still they have not resolved my problem.
I purchased the bike on 12/22/2020 and it arrived on 12/30/2020 broken and missing parts. Also, the box arrived open. I notified them within an hour of receiving it on the damage and sent them many pictures.
They created a ticket on 12/30/2020 and said that they will reply within 24 to 48 hours.
1/5/2021 They finally got around to my ticket
